SECRET HEALING TECHNIQUE SERIES-10


Specific Techniques to help you resolve challenges, grow within, and get healthy and strong!


Today sharing a wonderful technique in this secret healing series, that is very effective to heal all kind of issue in your life. Lots of people has given miraculous feedback after doing previously shared secret Healing technique. Now this is my tenth article in this series. You can read all the previous article in my blog.




TAPAS ACUPRESSURE TECHNIQUE ® (TAT) is a gentle energy technique founded by Tapas Fleming, an acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner from California.


In TAT, you hold a simple TAT pose while focusing in on your challenge, emotion or stress. In this pose you are actually holding acupuncture points and creating a more open channel. In this way, you are able to bring these challenges to the forefront, gain awareness, and have them gently dissolve. 


Steps -  


1- Put Your Hands in the TAT Pose Put Your Attention on the Problem or Negative Statement Hold the TAT Pose for up to 4 Minutes or Until a Change Occurs.


With one hand, lightly touch the tip of the thumb corner of your eye. With the fourth finger to the area inch above the inner (ring finger) of the same hand, lightly touch the tip of the finger to the area inch above the inner corner of the other eye. Both finger tips are now on either side of the bridge of your nose. Place the tip of the middle finger on your third eye region. You now have all three finger tips lightly touching the three points .  


2- Now place your other hand on the back of your head, with the palm touching the head so that the thumb is resting at the base of the skull just above the neckline. The palm is holding the base of the skull, with the little finger approximately at the occipital ridge. Both hands should be resting gently. No pressure is necessary. 


3- Put your attention on the problem as you originally experienced it, and mentally express that experience to yourself in a verbal form.   


For example if you want to heal your past financial karma. 


A- Focus on the problem in TAT pose for few minutes then take rest.


B- Focus on solution on TAT pose for few minutes and then take rest.


C- Focus on the past memories or places you have in memory you can say verbal affirmation like, 


This happened, it’s over, and I’m okay. I can relax now. Or you can simply see yourself prosperous and happy.


Then you can given healing affirmation,


God (Name with whom you feel more connected), thank you for healing all the places in my mind, body and life where this has been stored. 



D- Focus on the origin of the problem, and you can add below affirmation.


All the origins of this are healing now. And/or: God, thank you for healing all the origins of this.


There’s no right or wrong way to express the experience. Whatever words naturally come to mind when you think of the experience or person are the right words for you. While putting your attention on the thought as it is most naturally expressed for you, hold the TAT pose until you notice a change or until four minutes have passed, whichever occurs first. People notice different changes while doing TAT. Common changes include a sigh, a sense of relaxation, not being able to easily focus on the situation any more, the hands automatically coming out of the TAT position, subtle energy movements in the body, or simply a sense of peace.

The T- Bar Exercise

Sharing with you today a wonderful exercise to create a balance in your life. This exercise will help you to check and balance your psychical, mental and emotional body. Even you can balance your aura too. You can Explore all previous article of my Secret healing technique series in my blog. All this technique can be practiced by anyone who doesn't know about Healing too.



The T- Bar Exercise


The letter "T" correlates to balance scales in this exercise, the objective, restoring balance to your brain and your life. Being out of balance can be due to substance abuse, a chemical imbalance in the brain, other illness, fatigue, or something else that is affecting you on an emotional, physical, and/or spiritual level of awareness. 


The T-Bar is also like a seesaw - mechanically a lever and pendulum. Pendulums take us to clocks, time, or physical reality. The object is to create balance in time. 


The Exercise


1-Close your eyes. 


2-Visualise the letter T. 


3-Is the horizontal bar balanced? 


4-If it is balanced, then all is well. 


5- If it is out of balance, try to envision it balanced. If you cannot balance it in your mind, then you must look further to see what is wrong. 


6-Note which side is lower, giving you a hint as to what needs to be brought into balance now. 


7- The right side goes to the creative, emotional, feminine, spiritual, and higher chakras. Left is for Logic, things done with the logical mind, often seen as the masculine side. Once you determine what is wrong, then you can seek balance the "T" or continue on as things were. 


8- You can also focus on a specific topic or person ... then check your T-Bar to see how they are affecting your balance. 


9- You can look at your T-Bar whenever .... It is simple, and does not involve Meditation or Yoga techniques, though combined with them can bring clarity as Yoga balances brain chemistry. 


10- As with auras, your T-Bar will change based on the patterns of your experiences and thoughts. 


Reality is nothing more than consciousness. The human brain is an electrochemical machine forever viewing streaming consciousness for experience and interpretation. It is all about balancing polarities.

The human body is a self-healing, self-renewing, self-cleansing organism. When the right conditions are created, vibrant well-being is its natural state. We have departed from the ways of nature and live under less than natural conditions.

The air we breathe, the water we drink and shower with, the foods we eat, the cosmetics we use and the buildings we live and work in, are loaded with toxic chemicals that alone or in combination cause disease, suffering and even death. When we remove these obstacles and add what is lacking, our bodies bounce back into health as if by magic. This is natural, common-sense medicine, enabling the body to heal, regenerate and even rejuvenate itself.

There is lots of way to detoxify your body, here is a simple mental exercise that will help you to detoxify your body.

MENTAL BODY WASHOUT

Body "washout" is actually one of the wonderful healing techniques which is designed to clear the system of poisons and accumulated waste products. Today's tensions of living, added to the uncertain food values in our modern diet, are inclined to create a toxic buildup which should be recognized and eliminated at reasonable intervals. As a healer i suggests to all of you, that you give yourself a thorough body washout at least every six months. Here is a tested method.

SECRET HEALING TECHNIQUE-9

STEPS

1- Mentally prepare about a quart of pure spring water and saturate an equal quantity of white healing energy in it until the two are mixed thoroughly together.

2- Then mentally drink it all and, at the same time, instruct your Inner Mind to retain it in your system until you permit its release. 

3- After a period of complete relaxation (at least an hour) instruct the fluid to go to each of your inner organs in turn, to your liver, pancreas, kidneys, adrenals, bowels, bladder, etc., and to cleanse each completely of all toxic and foreign matter. 

4- When this has been done, instruct the fluid to carry itself and the accompanying waste out of the system by means of both bowels and kidneys. Over the next few hours you will experience very vigorous bowel and kidney activity, so don't make any special dates and stay close to home until this passes. 

5- Take a brief rest then. You will feel much better afterward.This process will help you to detoxify your body.

This technique will help those who become influenced with people energy easily.

PYSHIC PROTECTION EXERCISE 

 CLEARING THE FIELD

1- This is a great practice if you need a quick boost of protection and focused attention. This can also follow the de-cording practice. 

2- Place the middle fingertips of both hands on the forehead, in between the eyebrows.

Trace them up the center of the forehead, across the top of the head (imagine the line if your hair were parted in the middle), and down the middle of the back of your head, until you reach where your neck connects to your shoulders. 

3- Then sweep each hand across each shoulder. Left hand sweeps across the left side of the shoulder; right hand sweeps across the right.

4- Powerfully breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth while doing this. With your eyes closed, visualize ‘energetic dust’ being dusted and brushed off and away.

Sharing with you a wonderful technic that will helps you to command and relax your body instantly. It enhances psychophysiological activity instantly that creates a healing effect.
HEALING WITH AUTOGENIC TRAINING
Autogenic training (AT) is a technique that teaches your body to respond to your verbal commands. These commands "tell" your body to relax and help control breathing, blood pressure, heartbeat, and body temperature. The goal of AT is to achieve deep relaxation and reduce stress. After you learn the technique, you can use it whenever you need or want relief from symptoms of stress, or you can practice it regularly to enjoy the benefits of deep relaxation and prevent the effects of chronic stress.
The technique was first published in 1932. Studying the self-reports of people immersed in a hypnotic state, J.H. Schultz noted that physiological changes are accompanied by certain feelings.
Autogenic training consists of six standard exercises that make the body feel warm, heavy, and relaxed. For each exercise, you get into a simple posture, concentrate without any goal, and then use visual imagination and verbal cues to relax your body in some specific way.
You learn each exercise by reading about it then practicing it for a few minutes several times a day. Learning the exercises, on your own, usually moves at a slow, steady pace, taking 4 to 6 months to master all exercises.
Without regular practice, autogenic training is not likely to have an effect. For this reason, only those people who are motivated and committed to learning it are likely to get any benefit from AT. But for those who master the technique, it works, and it can be an effective treatment for chronic stress.
The exercises allow communication between the mind and the body, allowing you to influence body reactions that cannot normally be controlled, such as blood pressure, heartbeat, and body temperature.
*EXERCISE*
1- Lie down with arms stretched out besides your body, palm touching the bed. Take a few deep breaths and say to yourself, "I am completely relaxed." Then, if your are right handed, say to yourself," My right arm is comfortably heavy" six times.
2- Then repeat "I am totally relaxed" and follow another six episodes of: " My right Arm is comfortably heavy".
3- Then say I am totally refreshed, relaxed and good spirits. For the next 15 mintues avoid diving a car or bike. You may feel drowsy too. If you feel uncomfortable then discoutinue the exercise.
Practice this for a week. Then from second week add next step.
1- Repeat the same step .
"My right hand is comfortably heavy" (6 times)
"I am totally relaxed" ( one time)
Repeat this thrice and then change the heaviness into warmness.
"My right lower arm is comfortably warm" ( 6 times)
"I am totally relaxed" ( one time)
2- When you succeed in making your hand warm, move to the left hand, then right foot, then left foot. When you finally reach your head, change the heaviness into lightness, since having a heavy head feels uncomfortable.
3- In next level you have to cover all body part, initiation of cardiac activity using the formula "My heartbeat is calm and regular". Passive concentration on the respiratory mechanism with the formula "It breathes me" then on solar plexus area, "My solar plexus is streaming with energy". When you reach your head say, "My head is soothingly cool".
4- When a new exercise step is added in autogenic training, the trainee should always concentrate initially on the already learned exercises and then add a new exercise. In the beginning, a new exercise is added for only brief periods.

If u are facing lots of negativity and problems in your life just try this method. Your body will heal ur situation.
All the problem that we face in this physical world synchronize with our physical body too. For example if we are facing problem in relationship with other people, we can check out our body where this problem causing pain or sensation of any kind. We can feel pain on our stomach or on back or any other area. So before starting this session first choose the life issue and then start with deep breathing several time.
◆ Visualise a golden white light is coming from the universe into your crown chakra, and going down into your whole body, and emanating from your palm.
◆ Focus on your life issue, try to visualize the issue, while visualising become aware of your body, and check in which body area you are feeling pain or any sensation.Now just keep your hand there.
◆ Relax that part completely, and visualise your situation is resolving now. You can add affirmation. Keep your hand few minutes there and take a deep breath too.
◆ Give command to that parts of body, that "Whenever I keep my hand here my situation become healed."
◆ Whenever you feel uncomfortable just put your hand there and let the energy flow.
◆ Do this twice or thrice time in a day or as much as you can.
This is a REVERSAL TECHNIQUE, that will heal first your physical body, then mental and emotional body, after that your spiritual body, Once it goes to the spiritual level manifestations starts on your spiritual world, then mental world and after that physical world. You can apply this on all situation of life. Try this and see the miracles.
