SECRET HEALING TECHNIQUE SERIES-10


Specific Techniques to help you resolve challenges, grow within, and get healthy and strong!


Today sharing a wonderful technique in this secret healing series, that is very effective to heal all kind of issue in your life. Lots of people has given miraculous feedback after doing previously shared secret Healing technique. Now this is my tenth article in this series. You can read all the previous article in my blog.




TAPAS ACUPRESSURE TECHNIQUE ® (TAT) is a gentle energy technique founded by Tapas Fleming, an acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner from California.


In TAT, you hold a simple TAT pose while focusing in on your challenge, emotion or stress. In this pose you are actually holding acupuncture points and creating a more open channel. In this way, you are able to bring these challenges to the forefront, gain awareness, and have them gently dissolve. 


Steps -  


1- Put Your Hands in the TAT Pose Put Your Attention on the Problem or Negative Statement Hold the TAT Pose for up to 4 Minutes or Until a Change Occurs.


With one hand, lightly touch the tip of the thumb corner of your eye. With the fourth finger to the area inch above the inner (ring finger) of the same hand, lightly touch the tip of the finger to the area inch above the inner corner of the other eye. Both finger tips are now on either side of the bridge of your nose. Place the tip of the middle finger on your third eye region. You now have all three finger tips lightly touching the three points .  


2- Now place your other hand on the back of your head, with the palm touching the head so that the thumb is resting at the base of the skull just above the neckline. The palm is holding the base of the skull, with the little finger approximately at the occipital ridge. Both hands should be resting gently. No pressure is necessary. 


3- Put your attention on the problem as you originally experienced it, and mentally express that experience to yourself in a verbal form.   


For example if you want to heal your past financial karma. 


A- Focus on the problem in TAT pose for few minutes then take rest.


B- Focus on solution on TAT pose for few minutes and then take rest.


C- Focus on the past memories or places you have in memory you can say verbal affirmation like, 


This happened, it’s over, and I’m okay. I can relax now. Or you can simply see yourself prosperous and happy.


Then you can given healing affirmation,


God (Name with whom you feel more connected), thank you for healing all the places in my mind, body and life where this has been stored. 



D- Focus on the origin of the problem, and you can add below affirmation.


All the origins of this are healing now. And/or: God, thank you for healing all the origins of this.


There’s no right or wrong way to express the experience. Whatever words naturally come to mind when you think of the experience or person are the right words for you. While putting your attention on the thought as it is most naturally expressed for you, hold the TAT pose until you notice a change or until four minutes have passed, whichever occurs first. People notice different changes while doing TAT. Common changes include a sigh, a sense of relaxation, not being able to easily focus on the situation any more, the hands automatically coming out of the TAT position, subtle energy movements in the body, or simply a sense of peace.
