Vivek- We have two Brain one is Feeling brain, ( Right side brain), and another is Thinking Brain, ( Left brain). Generally the right brain is connected to left part of the body, and left brain is connected to right part of the body. 

One whose feeling brain is more active, become healer. Because they can sense the feeling, visualise anything clearly without any logic. 

Generally feeling brain is more active in female in compare to male. 

One whose thinking brain, remain more active can't feel anything, can't sense the energy, but they may do counselling very well. They can be good therapist.

Healing modality that combine both right and left brain give wonderful results.

How to Send Distant Energy Healing to Anyone

1. Set Up Your Space

Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. Try to make sure space has been cleansed and is free from clutter and other distractions.

2. Quiet Your Mind

Still your mind by taking a few deep breaths and then set your intention for your healing. You may even want to state clearly who you are sending the healing energy to.

3. Build Up Your Energy

To send a positive ray of healing energy, start rubbing your hands together in a circular motion until you can feel the energy building between them. You should be able to feel the energy pulsing from your hands as you slowly separate them.

4. Make an Energy Ball

Once you can feel the energy pulsing through your hands imagine the energy taking on the shape of a ball. You can also give the energy ball its own color based on the type of healing you are wishing to send 

Pink: emotional healing

Orange: physical healing

White: spiritual healing/ general healing

Green: heart healing

Purple: psychic protection

Keep focusing your attention on this energy ball, making it bigger and stronger and more powerful with every breath.

5. Send the Energy

When you feel your ball of energy is buzzing and strong, visualize sending it to your chosen person (or animal). You may even want to picture the person you are sending it to receiving the energy and feeling the beautiful healing effects of what you have sent.

6. Recharge Your Batteries

Once the healing energy has been sent, it is important to recharge your batteries by grounding your energy. This could include taking a walk in nature, meditating, having a relaxing bath or simply nourishing your body with some healthy food.

Sending energy healing to another is a very powerful tool and is a great way to help others when you can’t be there for them physically.

There are just a few things to remember about sending healing energy-

🔸The quality of your healing energy begins with you, so avoid sending healing energy when you are physically ill or feeling emotionally drained.

It is not necessary to tell the person you are sending healing energy to them, however, if you do tell them, it can make them more open to receiving the energy.

Spirit guides are with us nearly all the time even if we choose to ignore them or are not in the habit of giving them a thought. They tend to approach us in a way that is familiar or comfortable to us, such as in Reiki healing, in a dream, during meditation, hypnosis and in human or animal form.

We may have several spirit guides depending on the life situation and we may have a master guide, like that of an arch-angel to help us when needed who joins with us at birth and stays with us throughout life.

The spirit guides reside in a different dimension on the astral plain. They operate on a higher vibrational frequency and can be reached through meditation, hypnosis, ritual or any sort of energy raising actions. The guides are with us to help us through life. The Scientific explanation

Reiki helps balance and replenish the body’s energy system. By clearing energy blockages, it enables energy to flow more freely from one part of the body to the next, and by replenishing energetically depleted areas it revitalizes the energy system.

That said, while it is hard to be certain where Reiki energy comes from, it is becoming increasingly possible to scientifically measure and record its effects.

One way to do so is by measuring the biomagnetic fields that penetrate and surround the human body. This can be done with a magnetometer. Research has found that each part of the body has a unique biomagnetic reading. The heart has the strongest biomagnetic field and, according to William Lee Rand, has been measured to a distance of 15 feet. 

The other organs all have their very own biomagnetic fields which pulsate at various frequencies and interact with each other. Scientists have discovered that healthy organs pulsate at their own unique frequency, one which is lost when they become unhealthy. Not surprisingly, our hands also have a biomagnetic field that can be measured. When tested, healers’ hands have been found to have a much stronger field than non-healers (in fact, up to 1000 times stronger!) , from one international research, “Detection of Extraordinary Large Biomagnetic Field Strength from Human Hand”, found in Acupuncture and ElectroTherapeutics Research International Journal, 1992)) 

This becomes important when we realize that biomagnetic fields can interact with each other. Indeed, when a healer’s hands are placed next to a sick organ or body part, they actually help bring the frequency of its biomagnetic field back into a healthy range. So from a more scientific point of view, this is at least one explanation of how Reiki heals.

HARA CENTRING TO CREATE A BALANCE IN YOUR LIFE

Atma namaste all the divine soul, if you want to live healthy, balanced, and courageous life with full awareness, then centre yourself to the hara. The more you remain on your hara the more you will feel connected to source. I am giving here a simple exercise that will help you to remain hara centered.

HARA CENTERING

“Concentrate the energy on the Hara, the point two inches below the navel. That is the center from where one enters life and that is the center from where one dies and goes out of life. So that is the contact center between the body and the soul. If you feel a sort of wavering left and right and you don’t know where your center is, that simply shows that you are no longer in contact with your Hara, so you have to create that contact.”

When: In the night, when you go to sleep/first thing in the morning. 

Duration: 10-5 minutes.

Step 1: Locate the Hara 

“Lie down on the bed and put both your hands two inches below the navel and press a little.

Step 2: Take a Deep Breath! 

“Start breathing, deep breathing. You will feel that center coming up and down with the breathing. Feel your whole energy there as if you are shrinking and shrinking and shrinking and you are just existing there as a small center, very concentrated energy.

Step 3: Center While U Sleep! 

“Fall asleep doing it — that will be helpful. Then the whole night that centering persists. Again and again the unconscious goes and centers there. So the whole night without your knowing, you will be coming in many ways in deep contact with the center.

Step 4: Reconnect with the Hara 

“In the morning, the moment that you feel that sleep has gone, don’t open your eyes first. Again put your hands there, push a little, start breathing; again feel the Hara. Do this for 10-5 minutes and then get up.

“Do this every night, every morning. Within three months you will start feeling centered.

“It is very essential to have a centering otherwise one feels fragmentary; then one is not together. One is just like a jigsaw — all fragments and not a gestalt, not a whole. It is a bad shape, because without a center a man can drag but cannot love. Without a center you can go on doing routine things in your life, but you can never be creative. You will live the minimum. The maximum will not be possible for you. Only by centering does one live at the maximum, at the zenith, at the peak, at the climax, and that is the only living, a real life.

“For example, there will be less thinking because energy will not move to the head, it will go to the Hara. The more you think of the Hara, the more you concentrate there, the more you will find a discipline arising in you. That comes naturally, it has not to be forced.

“The more you are aware of the Hara, the less you will become afraid of life and death — because that is the center of life and death. Once you become attuned to the Hara center, you can live courageously. Courage arises out of it: less thinking, more silence, less uncontrolled moments, natural discipline, courage and rootedness, a groundedness.”

EASY REIKI TECHNIQUE FOR CLEANSING THE BODY PARTS

Today I m writing simple and wonderful technique for cleansing your body with the power symbol(CKR). Apply this wonderful technic and give me feedback.

Close your eyes and ask how many Power symbol I need to to clear, cleanse and refresh your eyes. When u have given a number, then; mentally draw a power symbol and say its name three times, then say that u want (say the number u were given) power symbol to go into your eyes to clear, cleanse and refresh them physically, mentally ,emotionally and spiritually. Do the same for other organs in the body, such as, sinuses, ear, nose, throat, lungs, spleen, liver, blood, pancreas.

Do this everyday for 21 days Each day you will notice that the number will get lower until one day you will not get any number, this means the organ does not need cleansing for the day. Apply this and give me your divine feedback.

Somehow, I never heard this question until a couple of years ago, a popular Indian ascetic published a video where he announced that healing others through Reiki was dangerous. When I first heard of this video, I was irritated, but when I saw it I realised that most of what was said was true. It was only the partial truth, which was what was misleading, but it did raise an important question.

Karma is Overrated

Let’s understand karma first, before we investigate whether Reiki brings us additional bad karma. Karma is intention. Imagine, for example, if someone was to slap you in front of a dozen people. Wouldn’t you want to retaliate? Whether you do or not doesn’t matter, just that desire to retaliate will stick on to your energy, creating circumstances in the future where you finally get even. And that of course, might create a desire in the other, to retaliate, and so the cycle goes on.

On the other hand, if you were in a bus, and this person lost balance and accidentally slapped you as he fell – would there be a desire to hit back? Quite unlikely. So the same slap creates karma in one situation, and doesn’t, in another. This is a simplified way of looking at it of course, there’s much more to it, but this understanding is enough in this context. You don’t gather karma if the intent isn’t there.

Understanding Reiki Healing

Now, most people, including many Reiki teachers, don’t understand how Reiki works. When you heal through Reiki, if you are practicing the pure form of it, Reiki does the healing. All the healer does, is bring the client in touch with a greater amount of energy, so that the body-mind can do what needs to be done. The healer really doesn’t ‘do’ anything. Unfortunately, most people don’t just practice Reiki.

Where We Go Wrong

Strong desire for a particular result

One of the most important aspects in Reiki healing is detachment. When we get attached to the results, we subconsciously invest energy into the situation, thereby creating karmic links. This obviously works whether or not you are practicing Reiki. Yes, chances are, if you are a Reiki healer, you will have more people turning to you for help, and if you are sympathetic, you will end up creating more karmic links than you would have if you weren’t a ‘healer’. But it isn’t Reiki that creates karmic links, it is sympathy and involvement with the results of the healing. Of course, trying to ‘fix’ other people, whether with or without their consent, creates even more serious problems.

Manipulating the energy of the person

Also, authentic Reiki doesn’t place much control in your hands. Indeed, when it is the divine will manifesting, why would the personality interfere anyway? But the ego wants to participate, it wants credit, and wants to do something. In a bid to hasten healing, or force desired results, many healers eventually turn to modalities that do offer them some degree of control. Psychic surgery, crystals, and working with angels are just a few of such methods; there are many more. These methods of healing directly interfere with and alter energetic patterns. They are perfect when they are used as a result of intuitive guidance. But more often than not, they are used for ‘better results’, which is really another way of telling the universe that its plan isn’t good enough. Enter karma.

The Bottom line…

You’re gathering bad karma all the time, anyway

If you really are worried about gathering bad karma, look at all the bad thoughts you are thinking. Even the good thoughts, for that matter, or the desire to help. Anything you feel with intensity will create karma. For example, if you wish repeatedly that a particular criminal should be killed, you are creating karmic links with this person. When you get overly attached to a celebrity, same thing. Or that nasty neighbour, your boss, or your best friend. When you interfere in another person’s life, you create karma.

Let go, dance with life!

I remember a wonderful prayer, that said ‘let me be an instrument of your peace’. An instrument gathers no karma. When we work with Reiki in complete surrender to the system, gathering karma is impossible. That is why we begin with the attitude of gratitude – it is to remind ourselves, that no matter what, life is worth being grateful for. And if that attitude isn’t a healing already, what is?

Here is a much older method of flower healing, perhaps closest to true earth power, working with the flowers themselves, still growing in the earth or in pots. In this way they are still themselves alive and full of the life force flowing into them straight from the earth, the air and the sun, rain and subterranean water beneath the roots.

In most of the temple the priest sprinkles water in which flowers. Here we can use Reiki energy with flowers for healing.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT FLOWER

You are attracted to a particular flower because its energy pattern or unique blueprint (that we all have) will put back into harmony with the energy vibrations within us that is out of synch. This dis-ease within us may be manifest as a physical symptom or negative feeling. Flower power is a gift from Mother Earth and works if we allow ourselves to relax and instinctively choose a specific flower within a particular clump or flower bed without consciously making the selection.

We can be partly guided to certain kinds of flower by the colour. Each colour carries within it healing powers that related to aspects of the body and mind and is particularly easily released by the living flower.

• You may find it helpful to plant different colored flowers in pots on a balcony or sheltered area of your garden, so that if you do not have time to search for a specific flower or if you have a recurring problem, you always have access to a flower that will help. The more you use these personal flowers, as long as you care for them, the more effective they become and while they die you can plant the bulbs or seed of the next generation of healers.

• If you are uncertain which flower you need at any time, hold your crystal or stone pendulum over several different kinds and colors and where it tugs downwards is the one that best will offer healing.

• Work in sunlight if possible or moonlight for flowers of the night such as jasmine or night stocks.

HEALING WITH THE FLOWERS

• After choosing the specific flower, Give that plant reiki energy and request them for healing too. Ask permission from the plant, and pluck it with gratitude.

• Keep the flower in your hand, Draw Tibetan DKM and blow into the flower. After that, draw USUI Reiki master symbol and all the other symbol with you are attuned.

• Now say the affirmation this flower radiates powerful healing energy to the universe.

• Now move this flower in the auric field of the person in all chakras with the intention that it will transmute all the negative energy into the positive one. After that buried that flower into the mother earth. Thanks to Reiki, flower and mother earth.

• You can also give this flower to the person who needed healing and tell them to keep this for a few hours and then buried in the earth with respect.

• You can also keep this flower in a bowl of water charged with reiki too, and sprinkle it to the needy one.
