How Reiki Heals?

The Scientific explanation

Reiki helps balance and replenish the body’s energy system. By clearing energy blockages, it enables energy to flow more freely from one part of the body to the next, and by replenishing energetically depleted areas it revitalizes the energy system.

That said, while it is hard to be certain where Reiki energy comes from, it is becoming increasingly possible to scientifically measure and record its effects.

One way to do so is by measuring the biomagnetic fields that penetrate and surround the human body. This can be done with a magnetometer. Research has found that each part of the body has a unique biomagnetic reading. The heart has the strongest biomagnetic field and, according to William Lee Rand, has been measured to a distance of 15 feet. 

The other organs all have their very own biomagnetic fields which pulsate at various frequencies and interact with each other. Scientists have discovered that healthy organs pulsate at their own unique frequency, one which is lost when they become unhealthy. Not surprisingly, our hands also have a biomagnetic field that can be measured. When tested, healers’ hands have been found to have a much stronger field than non-healers (in fact, up to 1000 times stronger!) , from one international research, “Detection of Extraordinary Large Biomagnetic Field Strength from Human Hand”, found in Acupuncture and ElectroTherapeutics Research International Journal, 1992)) 

This becomes important when we realize that biomagnetic fields can interact with each other. Indeed, when a healer’s hands are placed next to a sick organ or body part, they actually help bring the frequency of its biomagnetic field back into a healthy range. So from a more scientific point of view, this is at least one explanation of how Reiki heals.

शरीर में अगर कही सबसे ज्यादा प्राण शक्ति(आकर्षण शक्ति) का प्रवाह रहता है तो वो है.आँखे,

हाथो और पैरो की अंगुलिया

हाथो में प्राण शक्ति को महसूस कर सकते है अपने तर्जनी अंगुली को किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति के ललाट पर लेजाकर उसे छुए बगैर थोड़ी दुरी पर गोल गोल घुमाए जितनी देर में वो आपको अपने अंगुली को हटाने या अपने ललाट में हुए दर्द को बताता है उसके अनुसार अपनी आकर्षण शक्ति काम या ज्यादा होती है.

शरीर में प्रवाह करती प्राण शक्ति को हाथो की अंगुलिया के द्वारा दुसरो पर प्रभाव छोड़ा जा सकता है.

प्रयोग :-

1. शांत बैठ कर सामने एक तकिया रखे जो हम सोते वक़्त काम लेते है उस तकिये को चुम्बक मान ले और अपने हाथो को लोहे की रोड.

2. हथेली को तकिये के ऊपर ले जाकर खोल ले जैसे की हम स्कूल में प्रतिज्ञा के वक़्त करते है. याद रहे आपका हाथ पूरा सीधा हो.

3. तकिये के एक कोने से थोड़ा ऊपर हथेली को घुमाते हुए दूसरे कोने तक ले जाये ( जैसे की ऊपर के चित्र में चुम्बक के ऊपर की लाइन बनी हुई है.)

4. अपने हथेली को 15 -20 बार ऐसे दोहराये लेकिन हथेली तकिये से थोड़ा ऊपर हो और स्पर्श न कर सके.

5. कुछ दिन के अभ्यास से हमें हथेली में गर्मी या झनझनाहट सी महसूस होती है. ये प्राण शक्ति या आकर्षण शक्ति का प्रवाह ही है.

6. हमारे नित्य दिन के क्रियाकलाप में इस प्रयोग से कही पर भी प्रभाव डाल सकते है खासतौर से वह जहा हमें खुद को दिखाना होता है जैसे की मार्केटिंग के काम में ये आकर्षण शक्ति आपके हथेली के पौरो के माध्यम से सामने वाले पर प्रभाव डालती है.
