MENTAL BODY WASHOUT
Body "washout" is actually one of the wonderful healing techniques which is designed to clear the system of poisons and accumulated waste products. Today's tensions of living, added to the uncertain food values in our modern diet, are inclined to create a toxic buildup which should be recognized and eliminated at reasonable intervals. As a healer i suggests to all of you, that you give yourself a thorough body washout at least every six months. Here is a tested method.

1- Mentally prepare about a quart of pure spring water and saturate an equal quantity of white healing energy in it until the two are mixed thoroughly together.
2- Then mentally drink it all and, at the same time, instruct your Inner Mind to retain it in your system until you permit its release.
3- After a period of complete relaxation (at least an hour) instruct the fluid to go to each of your inner organs in turn, to your liver, pancreas, kidneys, adrenals, bowels, bladder, etc., and to cleanse each completely of all toxic and foreign matter.
4- When this has been done, instruct the fluid to carry itself and the accompanying waste out of the system by means of both bowels and kidneys. Over the next few hours you will experience very vigorous bowel and kidney activity, so don't make any special dates and stay close to home until this passes.
5- Take a brief rest then. You will feel much better afterward.This process will help you to detoxify your body.
