Six reason of negativity and it's solution


Outside influences can affect our energy state. Positive energy is absolutely contagious, but so is negative energy. Energy also has a multiplier effect. If we are in good spirits and in a positive state of mind, we’re much more likely to remain in this state. But then again, the same applies for negative energy. This is why it’s so important to vigilantly guard ourselves from being sucked into a “vortex” of negativity.


Unfortunately, a cycle of negativity happens to nearly everyone. The great thing is that we can all learn to clear this energy. 


I am sharing few point when people create negativity, and I am sharing the simple solution to clear it, so that it will help everyone.

1. Constant complaining when in a certain situation


Some people always complain, those who complain always suffer.


Solution: Get out of the situation ASAP

Simply put, complaining drains our positive energy and replaces it with negativity. Refuse to become absorbed by the complaining of other people. If we find ourselves complaining, we should refuse to engage in such thoughts.


2. Consistent feeling of being angry or on-edge


When anger becomes a persistent emotion, it’s detrimental to our physical and mental health. The stress caused by feeling angry or on-edge surpasses that of any other emotion. Therefore, it’s important to either eliminate or minimize anger through taking some kind of action.

Solution: Practice deep breathing, if you take breath for navel you can't be in that state, to create the energy of anger we need fast breathing, so always focus on your breath.


3. Persistent feelings of anxiety and/or depression


Feelings of anxiety and depression are among the most two commonly reported symptoms in the world. Physicians are seen by people suffering from anxiety and depression more than all other illnesses combined. Constantly feeling anxious or depressed is a force of negative energy that needs to be addressed.


Solution: Practice mindfulness meditation, live in present moment. Forget past, and future just be in the now.


4. Interactions with people becoming difficult or exhausting


When we’re in a negative cycle, normal interactions with other people can become mentally, physically and emotionally taxing. This is because we’re too wrapped up and engaged with our own inner monologue to accommodate the added stimulus brought forth through conversation.


Solution: Practice active listening, It can effectively replace the underlying anxiety encountered by making us more prepared to be aware. 


5. Increasingly becoming more critical of self and others


Negativity has a deviously deceptive effect on how we view ourselves and others. The simple explanation is that negative energy requires a release and since we’re often among others, people become easy targets. When we’re alone, this negative energy can often cause us to critique ourselves down to every last perceived flaw.

Solution: Recognize and then stop

As with so many other forms of negative energy, criticism has a multiplying effect. When we’re actively criticizing ourselves or others, we’ll often just function off auto-pilot, effectively ceding control. In recognizing and labeling the presence of criticism, we take back this control. We can then refuse to engage with the fruitless thoughts and emotions that criticism summons.


6. Seeking isolation more frequently


When caught up in a negative energy cycle, many people have the desire to isolate themselves from loved ones. While some alone time is healthy, it’s not healthy to experience a sudden desire for seclusion, especially if this was not the case before.


Solution: Knowing that people care, and feel the oneness with everyone. Understanding, that all are human and everyone have same emotions.

How Living in Attitude of gratitude can change your whole life??



An attitude of gratitude means making it a conscious habit to express thankfulness and appreciation for every part of your life. Having an attitude of gratitude means you operate from a place of abundance, rather than scarcity.


When you develop an attitude of gratitude you feel happier and more positive. Gratitude increases compassion and self-care.  It also makes you grateful for the people and things that matter.


Sharing with you a latest scientific experiment done by Heart math institute on this topic.


In this  experiment, some human placenta DNA (the most pristine form of DNA) was placed in a container from which they could measure changes in the DNA. Twenty-eight vials of DNA were given (one each) to 28 trained researchers. Each researcher had been trained how to generate and FEEL feelings, and they each had strong emotions.


What was discovered was that the DNA CHANGED ITS SHAPE according to the feelings of the researchers:


1. When the researchers FELT gratitude, love and appreciation, the DNA responded by RELAXING and the strands unwound. The length of the DNA became longer.


2. When the researchers FELT anger, fear, frustration, or stress, the DNA responded by TIGHTENING UP. It became shorter and SWITCHED OFF many of our DNA codes! If you’ve ever felt “shut down” by negative emotions, now you know why your body was equally shut down too. The shut down of the DNA codes was reversed and the codes were switched back on again when feelings of love, joy, gratitude and appreciation were felt by the researchers.


This experiment was later followed up by testing HIV positive patients. They discovered that feelings of love, gratitude and appreciation created 300,000 TIMES the RESISTANCE they had without those feelings. 


So here’s the answer to what can help you stay well, no matter what dreadful virus or bacteria may be floating around. Stay in feelings of joy, love, gratitude and appreciation!


Dear Friends, Find something to be happy about every day, and every hour if possible, moment-to-moment, even if only for a few minutes. This is the easiest and best protection you can have.

LIGHT OF PROTECTION EXERCISE

Your aura is the energy field that surrounds your body. It acts as a magnetic field of energy that picks up on emotions, health, psychic debris and circumstances around you. Your aura can experience stress as you exchange energies with those around you, which is exactly why you need to clean your auric field from time to time.


The aura is heavily impacted by the situations and people you interact with. Since you are constantly exchanging energies with the people around you, it is common for your auric field to get weak due to cluttered psychic debris or even picking on other people’s negative emotions and energy.


As a result, you may feel stressed, anxious, irritated, lethargic, impatient, and even develop a negative outlook towards the world. Your immune system may also take a beating, making you highly susceptible to falling sick.

Our energetic body, and aura needs cleansing time to time.


I am sharing a simple exercise that will protect you from any unwanted energies.

LIGHT OF PROTECTION EXERCISE



1. Get in a comfortable position. You can stand, sit up, or lie down. (It’s recommended trying it all the different ways, so you can use it any where and any time) Your eyes can be open or shut, whatever helps you to visualize it best.


 2. Take a moment to visualize a white golden light shining down from the heavens on to you, much like the sun rays.(See its beauty, feel its warmth, know its loving and protecting.)


 3. Take in a breath of air through your nose and as you do so imagine the light going in and then breathe out through your mouth and as you do so imagine black or gray smoke being blown out of you.


Do this, three times, each time, visualize the light going into deeper into the body with each breath pushing up the dark and forcing it out.


(The light represents all the positive things, good health, healing, relaxation, etc. The smoke represents the negative things, sickness, stress, fears, etc. The idea is that the positive is replacing the negative, good replacing the bad.


4. Now feel the light coming down on your body starting at the top of your head, working slowly down to the bottoms of your feet. Take time to go through all the body parts and feel it, as it covers the front, back and sides. Feel you body relax as the stress leaves each part. (See the light in your mind moving down your body and feel its warmth.)


5. Visualize this light extending about 9 inches outwardly from every point on the surface of your body.


6. Now visualize surrounding the white light around your body with a brilliant bright blue light.


See and feel the bright blue light. Feel your outer auric shell as a hard, sharply defined blue. You are safe and alert.


7. As you close the exercise, let the image fade slowly while knowing that it is not fading from reality. It’s always around you.


(Practice this 2-3 times a day. When laying down getting ready for sleep is a good time and in the morning before leaving the house. Once you get familiar with the steps, you will be able to do it quickly in your mind. You may even develop your own steps that work better for you. The more you practice the better you will get and the stronger your natural protection will be. You will get to a point where you feel it with you all the time and anytime you encounter a threat or emergency you will feel a heightened sense of your protection.)

PYSHIC PROTECTION EXERCISE 

 CLEARING THE FIELD

1- This is a great practice if you need a quick boost of protection and focused attention. This can also follow the de-cording practice. 

2- Place the middle fingertips of both hands on the forehead, in between the eyebrows.

Trace them up the center of the forehead, across the top of the head (imagine the line if your hair were parted in the middle), and down the middle of the back of your head, until you reach where your neck connects to your shoulders. 

3- Then sweep each hand across each shoulder. Left hand sweeps across the left side of the shoulder; right hand sweeps across the right.

4- Powerfully breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth while doing this. With your eyes closed, visualize ‘energetic dust’ being dusted and brushed off and away.

PROTECTION ROSE TECHNIQUE TO SHIELD YOUR AURA

Aatma namaste all the divine soul,

In our daily life we come across to different kind of people who has negative vibration and intention towards us, here is a simple technique to protect u from negative people around yourself.

PROTECTION ROSE
A "Protection Rose" can also be called a "Decoy Rose." It rests out in front of you about two feet from your face at the edge of your aura. This rose absorbs energy directed at you instead of the energy getting into your space or aura.
How to Create a Protection Rose:
1. Mentally create a three dimensional rose at the edge of your aura. It can be any color.
2. Put some of your energy in it by putting a picture of yourself in it. If anyone is thinking about you, their energy will get absorbed into the rose instead of into your head or aura.
3. Check this rose at least once a day and explode it. Then create a new one as needed.
4. The Protection Rose can help you in crowded situations where there are a lot of people and lots of energy. It can also be used to catch the energy being thrown at you from someone who is angry with you, so it won't affect you as much. You can also put up a rose and watch the color change if someone tells you a lie, thus it can helps you tell a truth from a lie.
You can explode this rose anytime you think it is full or just need a new one. Don't worry, by exploding this rose, it doesn't hurt anyone, it just returns their energy back to them.
You would also use this rose to put up in-between someone you are talking to on the phone and especially when you are reading someone else.
This decoy rose is a cool tool to use every day. Play with it and see just how much it protects you. It is easy and with no effort. Sometimes I like to put either a large rose out in front, or one at all four corners around me or if in a really big crowd I put them circling all around me. The energies just goes to the mother earth and gets neutralized. It helps you and everyone else because they get their energy back instead of it being stuck in you.

AURA PROTECTION TECHNIC

Atma namste dear divine souls, sharing with you a simple technic to create a protection shiela around you, one who don't know about healing can practice it to. Its simple and very effective. You can do it anywhere and anytime. You can do this every single morning right after you get out of bed.

The Protection Technique:
Here is the step.
1- Take 3 deep breaths. Get centered and connected to the Universal Powers.
2- Now imagine a bright white light shining from “The Divine, The Universe, God, whatever you believe in” down to the crown of your head.
3- Now Imagine that light spreading and covering your entire body from head to toe. You are now protected by a pure white invisible bubble.
4- Set your intention to have a GREAT day, request that the bubble act as your shield protecting you from negative energies.
5- You can go a step further and put a bubble around everything that’s important to me, my family, my dog, my house, my car, virtually everything and everyone that I come in contact with.
It makes a HUGE difference. Try it.
