How to Send Distant Energy Healing to Anyone

1. Set Up Your Space

Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. Try to make sure space has been cleansed and is free from clutter and other distractions.


2. Quiet Your Mind

Still your mind by taking a few deep breaths and then set your intention for your healing. You may even want to state clearly who you are sending the healing energy to.


3. Build Up Your Energy

To send a positive ray of healing energy, start rubbing your hands together in a circular motion until you can feel the energy building between them. You should be able to feel the energy pulsing from your hands as you slowly separate them.


4. Make an Energy Ball

Once you can feel the energy pulsing through your hands imagine the energy taking on the shape of a ball. You can also give the energy ball its own color based on the type of healing you are wishing to send 



Pink: emotional healing

Orange: physical healing

White: spiritual healing/ general healing

Green: heart healing

Purple: psychic protection


Keep focusing your attention on this energy ball, making it bigger and stronger and more powerful with every breath.



5. Send the Energy

When you feel your ball of energy is buzzing and strong, visualize sending it to your chosen person (or animal). You may even want to picture the person you are sending it to receiving the energy and feeling the beautiful healing effects of what you have sent.


6. Recharge Your Batteries

Once the healing energy has been sent, it is important to recharge your batteries by grounding your energy. This could include taking a walk in nature, meditating, having a relaxing bath or simply nourishing your body with some healthy food.


Sending energy healing to another is a very powerful tool and is a great way to help others when you can’t be there for them physically.


There are just a few things to remember about sending healing energy-

It is not necessary to tell the person you are sending healing energy to them, however, if you do tell them, it can make them more open to receiving the energy.

SECRET HEALING TECHNIQUE SERIES-10


Specific Techniques to help you resolve challenges, grow within, and get healthy and strong!


Today sharing a wonderful technique in this secret healing series, that is very effective to heal all kind of issue in your life. Lots of people has given miraculous feedback after doing previously shared secret Healing technique. Now this is my tenth article in this series. You can read all the previous article in my blog.




TAPAS ACUPRESSURE TECHNIQUE ® (TAT) is a gentle energy technique founded by Tapas Fleming, an acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner from California.


In TAT, you hold a simple TAT pose while focusing in on your challenge, emotion or stress. In this pose you are actually holding acupuncture points and creating a more open channel. In this way, you are able to bring these challenges to the forefront, gain awareness, and have them gently dissolve. 


Steps -  


1- Put Your Hands in the TAT Pose Put Your Attention on the Problem or Negative Statement Hold the TAT Pose for up to 4 Minutes or Until a Change Occurs.


With one hand, lightly touch the tip of the thumb corner of your eye. With the fourth finger to the area inch above the inner (ring finger) of the same hand, lightly touch the tip of the finger to the area inch above the inner corner of the other eye. Both finger tips are now on either side of the bridge of your nose. Place the tip of the middle finger on your third eye region. You now have all three finger tips lightly touching the three points .  


2- Now place your other hand on the back of your head, with the palm touching the head so that the thumb is resting at the base of the skull just above the neckline. The palm is holding the base of the skull, with the little finger approximately at the occipital ridge. Both hands should be resting gently. No pressure is necessary. 


3- Put your attention on the problem as you originally experienced it, and mentally express that experience to yourself in a verbal form.   


For example if you want to heal your past financial karma. 


A- Focus on the problem in TAT pose for few minutes then take rest.


B- Focus on solution on TAT pose for few minutes and then take rest.


C- Focus on the past memories or places you have in memory you can say verbal affirmation like, 


This happened, it’s over, and I’m okay. I can relax now. Or you can simply see yourself prosperous and happy.


Then you can given healing affirmation,


God (Name with whom you feel more connected), thank you for healing all the places in my mind, body and life where this has been stored. 



D- Focus on the origin of the problem, and you can add below affirmation.


All the origins of this are healing now. And/or: God, thank you for healing all the origins of this.


There’s no right or wrong way to express the experience. Whatever words naturally come to mind when you think of the experience or person are the right words for you. While putting your attention on the thought as it is most naturally expressed for you, hold the TAT pose until you notice a change or until four minutes have passed, whichever occurs first. People notice different changes while doing TAT. Common changes include a sigh, a sense of relaxation, not being able to easily focus on the situation any more, the hands automatically coming out of the TAT position, subtle energy movements in the body, or simply a sense of peace.

Secrets of Prana Energy and how it works


Atma Namaste dear divine souls, Sharing a wonderful article about prana, from the prashnopnisahd, it reveals a great secret about how it works and where it comes from. Here i am mentioning a brief discussion of Prashnopnishad, where student ask his query about pran from the teacher Piplaad.

Kausalya, the son of Asvala, asked Pippalada: Sir, from where does this Prana born? How does it come into this body? 


Piplaad Rishi-

aatmana eshha praano jaayate | yathaishhaa purushhe chhaayaitasminnetadaatatam manokritenaayaatyasmijnshariire ||3||  


This Prana comes from the Self, Atman. Just as a shadow is cast by the body of a person, so this Prana is, inherent in the Self, Atman and it enters the body by the activities of the mind.


When a physical body of a person casts its shadow, the shadow does not exist independent of the body as shadow is inherent in the body. The shadow is projected by the substance, so is the whole universe is a projection of the Self. The shadow has no intrinsic existence; it enjoys only a projected existence. A shadow is elusive for it can never be caught. It escapes the grasp of man for it is intangible indicating that the Self or spirit is present in the universe only in an intangible manner. Intangibility which resides in all the objects is the shadow cast by the Self and like shadow it remains beyond the grasp of man. That is the nature of Prana. Prana is projected from the Self, Atman. Prana is perceived to exist because of Atman which is its substratum. As there can be no shadow without substance so also is Prana and it cannot be independent. Prana is entirely dependent on the Self and in that sense it is unreal. It appears to be real because it rests on the reality, the Self.  


How did Prana enter the body? 


It enters the body through the activities of the mind; that is to say through action arising from volition, desire etc., which constitutes the mind. The very existence of Prana in the body is dependent upon the movement of the mind. The senses are vitalized by Prana and in turn, Prana is impelled by the activities of the mind. A man’s present life is the result of his thoughts in a previous existence. This body is fashioned by our own mind - by our volition, our desires, our decisions and resolutions during our previous life. 


According to the Upanishad the mind creates the body, that is to say that you are the architect of your own future life; as you think so you become. Our desires bring us back to this world again and again. Thus this text makes a reference to the doctrine of rebirth which is a very important concept in Vedanta. 


Even under the Yoga system Prana follows Thought according to which the movement of Prana can be controlled by thought. It is possible to focus the attention of Prana on any centre of the body by clearly defined thought process. 


You can easily understand that how healing works by just intention of mind.

HARA CENTRING TO CREATE A BALANCE IN YOUR LIFE


Atma namaste all the divine soul, if you want to live healthy, balanced, and courageous life with full awareness, then centre yourself to the hara. The more you remain on your hara the more you will feel connected to source. I am giving here a simple exercise that will help you to remain hara centered.

HARA CENTERING

“Concentrate the energy on the Hara, the point two inches below the navel. That is the center from where one enters life and that is the center from where one dies and goes out of life. So that is the contact center between the body and the soul. If you feel a sort of wavering left and right and you don’t know where your center is, that simply shows that you are no longer in contact with your Hara, so you have to create that contact.”

When: In the night, when you go to sleep/first thing in the morning. 

Duration: 10-5 minutes.

Step 1: Locate the Hara 

“Lie down on the bed and put both your hands two inches below the navel and press a little.

Step 2: Take a Deep Breath! 

“Start breathing, deep breathing. You will feel that center coming up and down with the breathing. Feel your whole energy there as if you are shrinking and shrinking and shrinking and you are just existing there as a small center, very concentrated energy.

Step 3: Center While U Sleep! 

“Fall asleep doing it — that will be helpful. Then the whole night that centering persists. Again and again the unconscious goes and centers there. So the whole night without your knowing, you will be coming in many ways in deep contact with the center.

Step 4: Reconnect with the Hara 

“In the morning, the moment that you feel that sleep has gone, don’t open your eyes first. Again put your hands there, push a little, start breathing; again feel the Hara. Do this for 10-5 minutes and then get up.

“Do this every night, every morning. Within three months you will start feeling centered.

“It is very essential to have a centering otherwise one feels fragmentary; then one is not together. One is just like a jigsaw — all fragments and not a gestalt, not a whole. It is a bad shape, because without a center a man can drag but cannot love. Without a center you can go on doing routine things in your life, but you can never be creative. You will live the minimum. The maximum will not be possible for you. Only by centering does one live at the maximum, at the zenith, at the peak, at the climax, and that is the only living, a real life.

“For example, there will be less thinking because energy will not move to the head, it will go to the Hara. The more you think of the Hara, the more you concentrate there, the more you will find a discipline arising in you. That comes naturally, it has not to be forced.

“The more you are aware of the Hara, the less you will become afraid of life and death — because that is the center of life and death. Once you become attuned to the Hara center, you can live courageously. Courage arises out of it: less thinking, more silence, less uncontrolled moments, natural discipline, courage and rootedness, a groundedness.”

EMBRACING YOUR EXPERIENCE- A KEY ELEMENT IN HEALING


Atma namste dear divine soul, Most of us welcome pleasurable experience and resist unpleasant ones, but the mind tends to resist any feeling that's overwhelming or threatening. There are dozens of excellent strategies for not experiencing an unwanted experience or not feeling an unpleasant feelings such as the following, supressing, dissociating, distracting and etc.

Do Any of these strategies feel familiar to you? Your willingness to experience resisted experience is the key to clearing up what's in your way. It is the way out of pain and the way back to freedom, health and happiness.
EMBRACING YOUR EXPERIENCE - A KEY ELEMENT IN HEALING
If you allow yourself to experience something fully, it will move through you, complete its purpose, and disappear back into nonexistence. Here is a set of little known rules that can transform your life by eliminating the feeling of being stuck.
1- If you are experiencing or feeling something you don't want to feel, embrace it instead and feel it fully, just as it is. Within sixty seconds, it will disappear completely or change in some way.
2. If the experience disappear, allow it to be gone. If you want it ti come back, you can always re- create it later..
3- If it changes in some wat, feel the new experience fully. Within sixty seconds, it will disappear completely or change in some way.
4- If you want an experience to go away completely, repeat step 3 until the experience is completely gone.

ANCIENT PRINCIPLE OF HEALING FROM THE HAWAIIAN.

Huna is a Hawaiian word meaning "secret," but it also refers to the esoteric wisdom of Polynesia. Kupua is another Hawaiian word and it refers to a specialized healer who works with the powers of the mind and the forces of nature.
THE SEVEN PRINCIPLES
The basic assumptions of Huna are these:
1. The World Is What You Think It Is.
2. There are no limits.
3. Energy Flows Where Attention Goes.
4. Now Is The Moment Of Power.
5. To Love Is To Be Happy With (someone or something).
6. All Power Comes From Within.
7. Effectiveness Is The Measure Of Truth.
THE THREE SELVES (or FOUR)
Another set of assumptions used in Huna is that human behavior and experience can be explained and changed through the interaction of three (sometimes four) selves, aspects or functions:
1. The High Self (Kane, Aumakua), inspires.
2. The Conscious Self (Lono) imagines.
3. The Subconscious Self (Ku) remembers.
4. The Core Self (Kanaloa) wills.
The Four Levels of Reality
A third set of assumptions coming from the kupua tradition divides all experience into four levels or frameworks of beliefs about reality which can be summarized as follows:

2. Everything is subjective (Psychic reality).
3. Everything is symbolic (Shamanic reality).
4. Everything is holistic (Mystical reality).

DO WE PICK UP KARMA WHEN WE HEAL

Do We Pick Up Karma When We Heal ?

What sort of karmic baggage are you picking up?


Somehow, I never heard this question until a couple of years ago, a popular Indian ascetic published a video where he announced that healing others through Reiki was dangerous. When I first heard of this video, I was irritated, but when I saw it I realised that most of what was said was true. It was only the partial truth, which was what was misleading, but it did raise an important question.

Karma is Overrated

Let’s understand karma first, before we investigate whether Reiki brings us additional bad karma. Karma is intention. Imagine, for example, if someone was to slap you in front of a dozen people. Wouldn’t you want to retaliate? Whether you do or not doesn’t matter, just that desire to retaliate will stick on to your energy, creating circumstances in the future where you finally get even. And that of course, might create a desire in the other, to retaliate, and so the cycle goes on.

On the other hand, if you were in a bus, and this person lost balance and accidentally slapped you as he fell – would there be a desire to hit back? Quite unlikely. So the same slap creates karma in one situation, and doesn’t, in another. This is a simplified way of looking at it of course, there’s much more to it, but this understanding is enough in this context. You don’t gather karma if the intent isn’t there.

Understanding Reiki Healing

Now, most people, including many Reiki teachers, don’t understand how Reiki works. When you heal through Reiki, if you are practicing the pure form of it, Reiki does the healing. All the healer does, is bring the client in touch with a greater amount of energy, so that the body-mind can do what needs to be done. The healer really doesn’t ‘do’ anything. Unfortunately, most people don’t just practice Reiki.

Where We Go Wrong

Strong desire for a particular result

One of the most important aspects in Reiki healing is detachment. When we get attached to the results, we subconsciously invest energy into the situation, thereby creating karmic links. This obviously works whether or not you are practicing Reiki. Yes, chances are, if you are a Reiki healer, you will have more people turning to you for help, and if you are sympathetic, you will end up creating more karmic links than you would have if you weren’t a ‘healer’. But it isn’t Reiki that creates karmic links, it is sympathy and involvement with the results of the healing. Of course, trying to ‘fix’ other people, whether with or without their consent, creates even more serious problems.

Manipulating the energy of the person

Also, authentic Reiki doesn’t place much control in your hands. Indeed, when it is the divine will manifesting, why would the personality interfere anyway? But the ego wants to participate, it wants credit, and wants to do something. In a bid to hasten healing, or force desired results, many healers eventually turn to modalities that do offer them some degree of control. Psychic surgery, crystals, and working with angels are just a few of such methods; there are many more. These methods of healing directly interfere with and alter energetic patterns. They are perfect when they are used as a result of intuitive guidance. But more often than not, they are used for ‘better results’, which is really another way of telling the universe that its plan isn’t good enough. Enter karma.

The Bottom line…

You’re gathering bad karma all the time, anyway

If you really are worried about gathering bad karma, look at all the bad thoughts you are thinking. Even the good thoughts, for that matter, or the desire to help. Anything you feel with intensity will create karma. For example, if you wish repeatedly that a particular criminal should be killed, you are creating karmic links with this person. When you get overly attached to a celebrity, same thing. Or that nasty neighbour, your boss, or your best friend. When you interfere in another person’s life, you create karma.

Let go, dance with life!


I remember a wonderful prayer, that said ‘let me be an instrument of your peace’. An instrument gathers no karma. When we work with Reiki in complete surrender to the system, gathering karma is impossible. That is why we begin with the attitude of gratitude – it is to remind ourselves, that no matter what, life is worth being grateful for. And if that attitude isn’t a healing already, what is?

IMPLEMENTING PLACEBO EFFECT INTO DAILY LIFE
In a recent and latest study in the Psychology field, Simply thinking that you got a happy and good night's sleep can make your brain work better, according to new research.

The phenomenon is thought to be a result of the placebo effect – which normally occurs in patients who are given inactive drugs they believe to be pharmaceuticals, leading to improvements in their health.

You can trick yourself and harness the power of the placebo effect all on your own. Here are three tricks to try:

1- BE MORE PRODUCTIVE
The students in the placebo sleep study who thought they’d slept well were sharper when it came to cognitive function the next day. Even if you didn’t sleep a solid eight hours, try to focus on how much rest you did get rather than stressing about the hour you lay awake. Telling yourself that you feel rested—rather than whining about how tired you are—may actually make for a more productive day. Lying to yourself for the win! So don't forget to say daily and always
I enjoy deep refreshing sleep every night.

2- GET FITTER
An unusual study on placebo effect and fitness found that people who were told they were getting exercise in their daily lives—in this case, a group of hotel maids—actually became healthier without increasing their activity outside their jobs. In one month, the subjects lost an average of two pounds, lowered their blood pressure, and improved their body fat percentages. (This 2007 study inspired the Colorado College researchers to look at placebo sleep, according to Slate.) Now, this isn't an excuse to ditch working out altogether, but during those periods when you just really don't have time for the gym, your health may benefit from making a list of all the ways you stay active during the day, like cleaning the house, taking the stairs, playing with your kids, or walking the dog.

3- FEEL HAPPIER
“Thinking positively, which is an extension of the placebo effect, is related to a whole host of good health outcomes,” says Erdal. Practicing optimism—rather than focusing on the negatives—does have the power to make you feel better on a daily basis.

One technique that can help:

Create an optimistic collage. Pull together photos that give you something to look forward to (say, pictures of your dream vacation spot). Hang them near the bathroom mirror or use them as your computer screen saver so that you see them several times a day.
