How to detect these different types of negative energies?

To define, negative energy is a thought or a cord or a feeling that makes you feel stuck or unable to break free. Its source is mainly fear, sometimes conscious and often unconscious fear. Negative energy in your aura can also belong to you or other people!

What are the different types of negative energies that can affect you?

1. Negative Thought Patterns or Behaviour – these are often childhood related and can

sometimes be past life related. Childhood trauma can block your natural thought process greatly. Childhood wounds do not go away with time, they remain in your psyche for years. They have to be brought out and healed.

2. Past Life Blocks – these are usually deeply hidden in the subconscious mind. You will usually not be aware of these blocks. Also, past life blocks usually affect you temporarily as there are lessons attached to these. Once the lesson is learnt in this life time, the block gets removed.

3. Spells or Curses – Again these blocks may remain hidden for a long time. You don’t get to know you have been cursed or

there are spells put on you, till your luck completely runs out. With all curses and spells, the intention of the spell or curse bearer is important. These are easier to remove than others.

4. Entities or Spirits – These are very easily detected. If you feel you are not yourself, unable to concentrate, feel emotions that do not belong to you or your eating and sleeping patterns are disturbed, you probably have an attachment in your aura. Simple prayers from heart and rituals can remove these.

5. Psychic Attack – These are other people’s thoughts and intentions which affect you. Often these are people you regularly hang out with and come back feeling drained. Psychic attacks usually affect the back chakras of a person,

blocking out your receiving side. In common terms this is known as ‘Evil Eye.’

6. Cords – these are projections from the aura that connect you to objects, people and situations. They create tension in your being.

7. Negative Space in Office or Home – This is also easy to understand because, it is only when you enter this space you feel drained or irritated. Other times you are alright.

HOW TO DETECT THESE ENERGIES?

I am giving a very simple and yet effective procedure. If you follow this word by word you should be able to detect.

STEPS

1- Take a few deep breaths and calm yourself. Close your eyes and whisper softly or in your mind “I want to connect with my soul”. Say this2-3 times. Pause for a few seconds.

2- Then ask “Are we connected?” You should ideally hear a yes. Now this is the main part.

3- Ask “Am I completely clear?” you may get a yes or no answer. You need to ask the same question 2 more times. The majority yes’ or no’s will give you the actual answer. Which means, if you hear 2 yes’ and 1 no that means you are clear. Suppose you hear a no.

4- Then individually, pick the types of the above mentioned negative energies and ask about each one 3 times. For instance,

◆- “Am I under psychic attack?” ask 3 times.

◆- “Do I have cords attached to my aura?” ask 3 times.

◆- “Are there any curses or spells on

me?” ask 3 times.

◆- “Are there any entities or spirits attached in my aura?” ask 3 times.

◆- “Are there any past life blockages?” ask 3 times.

◆- “Are any childhood memories plaguing me?” ask 3 times.

◆- “Is my office or home space clear?” ask 3 times.

◆- Remember to record the responses in your mind or on paper. This method is good enough for everyone, including for any kind of healer However,

Gorakhnath has mentioned of several outer objects for the practice of concentration of attention, technique is called Vahir lakshya.

VAHIR-LAKSHYA

EIGHT MIRACULOUS TECHNIC

1- A trainee may imagine the presence of a red bright light in front of his eyes at a distance of only two fingers (1 inch) from the tip of his nose and fix his attention steadily on that light.

2- Or he may think of a white sheet of water at a distance of ten fingers (7^ inches) from his nose and concentrate his attention thereon.

3- Or he may imagine the presence of a yellow metal at a distance of twelve fingers (9 inches) from his nose and practise concentration on it.

4- Or he may with steady eyes look towards any part of the blue and tranquil sky and be absorbed with the exclusive thought of this pure sky.

5- Or looking upward he may fix his attention upon some intermediate position between himself and the sky and see there steadily a mass of brilliant rays.

6- Or wherever the eyes may fall and whatever objects may be there, big or small, animate or inanimate, moving or motionless, the yogi may turn away his attention from all those objects and see nothing but empty space or sunya therein. Thus even with open eyes he may make his mind free from all the diversities of the objective world and by the power of his abstraction and concentration may see only one differenceless sky before his eyes.

7- Similarly, with open ears he may withdraw his attention from all particular sounds and listen to one differenceless Nada or perfect stillness in this noisy world.

8- Or he may extend his look to the furthest limit of his eye- sight and see there a vast expanse of land of bright golden colour. There are various such processes of concentration of perception and thought, with attention directed outward. (Anekabidham vahirlakshyam).

The sun, the moon, any particular star or planet, any burning lamp or blazing fire, any Divine image or the holy figure of an adorable person, any such thing may be chosen for the practice of concentration.

Fixing his attention upon any particular outer object, a yogi should try to see the manifestation of the Supreme Spirit or Siva-Sakti in that form. The ultimate purpose should be to see the Supreme Spirit manifested in all forms.

Vastu is the Vedic science of architecture and directional influences. It has its special "Vastu Mantras", which are an important method for improving the directional influences input dwellings. Vastu mantra can help promote postive energies and remove negative energies in the location we live in, travel through or perform our works. Mantras are applied in Vastu to purify and energize the dwelling in which one is residing. They create a mind and soul for the structure that we reside in. They help clear the psychic and pranic energy in our house, also it removes negative effects brought about by improper orientation or Bad Vastu. It is important to do mantras around the house. Even this mantra can be performed in the ten direction to protect our vastu.

Each Direction has a "Directional Deity", which protect us from the negative energies and promote the postive energies thorugh their respective Direction. They control both the external and the internal elements and the psyche they relate too.

You can chant this mantra daily in the respective Direction starting from East moving clockwise.

1- East- Om Lam indraay namah.

PSYCHIC SELF DEFENCE

 tions of this powerful exercise follow. Both variations can be performed while standing or sitting.

1.Put your tongue on your palate.

2.Invoke.

3.Form an intent to close your aura to all negative thoughts, emotions, and words.

4.Cross your arms. (This closes the upper half of your aura.)

5.Cross your legs. (This closes the lower half of your aura.)

This posture automatically closes your aura to negativity. It also makes you more naturally resistant to people trying to influence you. This posture is universally interpreted as defensive, however, so you may want to try this subtler, but just as effective, variation:

VARIATION- 2

1.Put your tongue on your palate.

2.Invoke.

3.Tap your ajna chakra (center of will) and mentally affirm with full conviction, “Aura! You will shrink and compact now!” Repeat three times.

4.After the danger or conflict has passed, say, “Aura, normalize.” (This prevents any negative thoughts and emotions from being trapped in a tightly compacted aura.)

Both cord-cutting and closing/strengthening your aura make you much less susceptible to energetic contamination from other people. Practice them regularly.

◆ Think of a scale of one to ten, with ten being the highest and best. Next, think of each chakra needing to be at the same number on that scale.

◆ Now make power symbol then distant healing symbol,then mental healing symbol,

◆ Affirms my this chakra is vibrating at this number, (the number u have thought), and I am feeling balanced, grounded, then seal it by power symbol.

Once each individual chakra is at the same number your entire physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual body raises into its own new vibrational level to match that of the chakras. The more chakra energy work you do the higher your whole body will be raised on this scale with ten being enlightenment while still in this physical human form.
