EASY REIKI TECHNIQUE FOR CLEANSING THE BODY PARTS

Atma Namaste dear divine souls,

Today I m writing simple and wonderful technique for cleansing your body with the power symbol(CKR). Apply this wonderful technic and give me feedback.
Vivek

Close your eyes and ask how many Power symbol I need to to clear, cleanse and refresh your eyes. When u have given a number, then; mentally draw a power symbol and say its name three times, then say that u want (say the number u were given) power symbol to go into your eyes to clear, cleanse and refresh them physically, mentally ,emotionally and spiritually. Do the same for other organs in the body, such as, sinuses, ear, nose, throat, lungs, spleen, liver, blood, pancreas.

Do this everyday for 21 days Each day you will notice that the number will get lower until one day you will not get any number, this means the organ does not need cleansing for the day. Apply this and give me your divine feedback.

EMBRACING YOUR EXPERIENCE- A KEY ELEMENT IN HEALING

Atma namste dear divine soul, Most of us welcome pleasurable experience and resist unpleasant ones, but the mind tends to resist any feeling that's overwhelming or threatening. There are dozens of excellent strategies for not experiencing an unwanted experience or not feeling an unpleasant feelings such as the following, supressing, dissociating, distracting and etc.

Vivek
Do Any of these strategies feel familiar to you? Your willingness to experience resisted experience is the key to clearing up what's in your way. It is the way out of pain and the way back to freedom, health and happiness.
EMBRACING YOUR EXPERIENCE - A KEY ELEMENT IN HEALING
If you allow yourself to experience something fully, it will move through you, complete its purpose, and disappear back into nonexistence. Here is a set of little known rules that can transform your life by eliminating the feeling of being stuck.
1- If you are experiencing or feeling something you don't want to feel, embrace it instead and feel it fully, just as it is. Within sixty seconds, it will disappear completely or change in some way.
2. If the experience disappear, allow it to be gone. If you want it ti come back, you can always re- create it later..
3- If it changes in some wat, feel the new experience fully. Within sixty seconds, it will disappear completely or change in some way.
4- If you want an experience to go away completely, repeat step 3 until the experience is completely gone.
Try this and give me feedback.

ANCIENT PRINCIPLE OF HEALING FROM THE HAWAIIN

Atma namste dear
divine soul. Here is a secret principles of hawaiian that applies to all human beings universally, and Appling these will also help us improving our spiritual life too.

ANCIENT PRINCIPLE OF HEALING FROM THE HAWAIIAN.
Vivek
Huna is a Hawaiian word meaning "secret," but it also refers to the esoteric wisdom of Polynesia. Kupua is another Hawaiian word and it refers to a specialized healer who works with the powers of the mind and the forces of nature.
THE SEVEN PRINCIPLES
The basic assumptions of Huna are these:
1. The World Is What You Think It Is.
2. There are no limits.
3. Energy Flows Where Attention Goes.
4. Now Is The Moment Of Power.
5. To Love Is To Be Happy With (someone or something).
6. All Power Comes From Within.
7. Effectiveness Is The Measure Of Truth.
THE THREE SELVES (or FOUR)
Another set of assumptions used in Huna is that human behavior and experience can be explained and changed through the interaction of three (sometimes four) selves, aspects or functions:
1. The High Self (Kane, Aumakua), inspires.
2. The Conscious Self (Lono) imagines.
3. The Subconscious Self (Ku) remembers.
4. The Core Self (Kanaloa) wills.
The Four Levels of Reality
A third set of assumptions coming from the kupua tradition divides all experience into four levels or frameworks of beliefs about reality which can be summarized as follows:
1. Everything is objective (Scientific reality).
2. Everything is subjective (Psychic reality).
3. Everything is symbolic (Shamanic reality).
4. Everything is holistic (Mystical reality).
The kupua (Hawaiian shaman) learns to move in and out of these realities in order to change experience more effectively.

SECRETS OF MANTRA MEDITATION

Atma Namaste ,In successful Mantra meditation, Mind dissolves in Buddhi and Buddhi dissolves in Chitta. Chitta dissolves in the Self, Witness or I-Consciousness.

This is essential for proper meditation. This sequential process has four parts to it: meditation by the mind, chanting of mantra by Buddhi, contemplation by Chitta, eventual dissolution in the Self. It goes from thought-initiation to application to contemplation to dissolution.
Chitta keeps you in the 'groove' . You need Chitta to keep meditation, concentration and contemplation in sync. Mind is a mechanical meditator; Buddhi is a fickle meditator; Chitta is a serene meditator. Your aim is to graduate to and dissolve in Chitta meditation and the self. Mind meditation and Buddhi meditation are out-bound meaning the thoughts are out-bound in the world of happenings; you are in the world of Nama and Rupa, names and forms. Chitta meditation is inbound in the sense it is in step with the Atman, the Inner Soul, the Witness. At this juncture the Chitta goes into Smrti mode (remembrance) and engages in deep contemplation.
For successful Mantra Meditation, an aspirant must have the following qualities.
Santi = Serenity. Mind must be brought under control and trained not to chase after sense-objects under the false belief that they provide happiness.
Dantah = Control of Sense-organs. One must strive to prevent the sense organs from exploring the world of sense objects and impinging on the mind with sensual experiences.
Param uparatah = Withdrawal of mind. Mind is trained to forget the sense enjoyments of the past and desist from fancied sensual imageries.
Shanti Yuktah = forbearance. One should train oneself not to be disturbed and distracted by frustrations of daily living.

SHIV SUTRA

Whatever that is observed either inside or outside is his body. My body is It, That, He, and She.

In waking hours, the body (Deha) operates;
in dream sleep, only the mind (Dhi) operates;
in deep sleep, only the breath (Prana)
operates and thus it is void or Sunya.
In all these observed entities inside and outside and in all states of consciousness, the Yogi sees undifferentiated consciousness. He sees unity in diversity. As the multi-colored peacock abides in the homogeneous plasma of the peacock's egg, diversity of this universe abides in the undifferentiated consciousness.
Hrdaya is literally heart; it is core, essence or center of Consciousness. It is bringing the mind to dwell in the heart of Consciousness. Once mind and Consciousness are united, there is an observance of Void or Singularity, where there is non-difference among all things.
Once the Will Power (Iccha Sakti) is deployed and developed, the body and the entire universe of objects appear as consciousness to the Yogi. IF THE HUMAN MIND (CITTA) DISSOLVES IN UNIVERSAL CONSCIOUSNESS (CIT), THE YOGI OBSERVES THAT THE UNIVERSE IS AN EXPRESSION OR PROJECTION OF THAT CONSCIOUSNESS. SAKTOPAYA IS DISSOLUTION OF INDIVIDUAL CONSCIOUSNESS IN THE UNIVERSAL CONSCIOUSNESS; THIS UNION RESULTS IN DISSOLUTION OF DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SUBJECT AND OBJECT AND OBJECT AND OBJECT; ALL ARE ONE; THERE IS UNIVERSAL HOMOGENEITY. In Sunya or Void, there is no awareness of object.

HOW EMOTIONS CAN AFFECT OUR PRANA

Atma Namaste all the divine soul, Emotions affects directly the flow of Prana and can play a major role in our health too.

Vivek
How does emotions affect our health??
Under normal circumstances, emotions are not a cause of disease.
For example, the death of a relative provokes a very natural feeling of grief. The emotions become causes of disease only when they are either long-lasting, or very intense.
If a family or work situation makes us angry and frustrated in an on-going way, this will affect the Liver and cause disharmony.
Emotions can become the cause of disease in a very short time if they are intense enough: shock is the best example of such a situation.
The 7 Human Emotions
• Anger affects the Liver
• Joy affects the Heart
• Pensiveness affects the Spleen
• Worry affects the Lungs
• Fear affects the Kidneys
• Sadness affects the Lungs and the Heart
• Shock affects the Heart
"Anger makes prana rise, joy slows down prana, sadness dissolves prana, fear makes prana descend... shock scatters prana... pensiveness knots prana."Worry and pensiveness agitate the Heart."
All emotions, besides affecting the relevant organ directly, affect the Heart indirectly because the Heart houses the Mind. The Heart alone, is responsible for consciousness and feeling and reacts to emotional tension.
"Worry agitates the Heart and has repercussions on the Lungs; pensiveness agitates the Heart and has repercussions on the Spleen; anger agitates the Heart and has repercussions on the Liver; fear agitates the Heart and has repercussions on the Kidneys. Therefore all the five emotions [including joy] affect the Heart
By balancing our heart chakra we can balance our emotions too, and emotional balanced leads us to a healthy life.
