SHIV SUTRA

Whatever that is observed either inside or outside is his body. My body is It, That, He, and She.

In waking hours, the body (Deha) operates;
in dream sleep, only the mind (Dhi) operates;
in deep sleep, only the breath (Prana)
operates and thus it is void or Sunya.
In all these observed entities inside and outside and in all states of consciousness, the Yogi sees undifferentiated consciousness. He sees unity in diversity. As the multi-colored peacock abides in the homogeneous plasma of the peacock's egg, diversity of this universe abides in the undifferentiated consciousness.
Hrdaya is literally heart; it is core, essence or center of Consciousness. It is bringing the mind to dwell in the heart of Consciousness. Once mind and Consciousness are united, there is an observance of Void or Singularity, where there is non-difference among all things.
Once the Will Power (Iccha Sakti) is deployed and developed, the body and the entire universe of objects appear as consciousness to the Yogi. IF THE HUMAN MIND (CITTA) DISSOLVES IN UNIVERSAL CONSCIOUSNESS (CIT), THE YOGI OBSERVES THAT THE UNIVERSE IS AN EXPRESSION OR PROJECTION OF THAT CONSCIOUSNESS. SAKTOPAYA IS DISSOLUTION OF INDIVIDUAL CONSCIOUSNESS IN THE UNIVERSAL CONSCIOUSNESS; THIS UNION RESULTS IN DISSOLUTION OF DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SUBJECT AND OBJECT AND OBJECT AND OBJECT; ALL ARE ONE; THERE IS UNIVERSAL HOMOGENEITY. In Sunya or Void, there is no awareness of object.

HOW EMOTIONS CAN AFFECT OUR PRANA

Atma Namaste all the divine soul, Emotions affects directly the flow of Prana and can play a major role in our health too.

Vivek
How does emotions affect our health??
Under normal circumstances, emotions are not a cause of disease.
For example, the death of a relative provokes a very natural feeling of grief. The emotions become causes of disease only when they are either long-lasting, or very intense.
If a family or work situation makes us angry and frustrated in an on-going way, this will affect the Liver and cause disharmony.
Emotions can become the cause of disease in a very short time if they are intense enough: shock is the best example of such a situation.
The 7 Human Emotions
• Anger affects the Liver
• Joy affects the Heart
• Pensiveness affects the Spleen
• Worry affects the Lungs
• Fear affects the Kidneys
• Sadness affects the Lungs and the Heart
• Shock affects the Heart
"Anger makes prana rise, joy slows down prana, sadness dissolves prana, fear makes prana descend... shock scatters prana... pensiveness knots prana."Worry and pensiveness agitate the Heart."
All emotions, besides affecting the relevant organ directly, affect the Heart indirectly because the Heart houses the Mind. The Heart alone, is responsible for consciousness and feeling and reacts to emotional tension.
"Worry agitates the Heart and has repercussions on the Lungs; pensiveness agitates the Heart and has repercussions on the Spleen; anger agitates the Heart and has repercussions on the Liver; fear agitates the Heart and has repercussions on the Kidneys. Therefore all the five emotions [including joy] affect the Heart
By balancing our heart chakra we can balance our emotions too, and emotional balanced leads us to a healthy life.

STEPS TO EXPLORE POWER OF UNCONSCIOUS MIND

Atma namaste all the divine soul, sharing with all of you three simple step to explore the power of your unconscious mind that will help you in every purpose.

Vivek
Most of our brain functioning is happening on an unconscious level, we complete our daily mundane tasks with little or no conscious thought and it is for this same reason that we find ourselves daydreaming most of the time.
For example, when you are driving your car you’re not really thinking about what you are doing. Instead you are replaying memories of other moments in your life or imagining possible future outcomes of your current mindset, all the while your unconscious is steering your travels.
This day dreaming state of conscious thought is literally what keeps us asleep in the world, as well as keeping your conscious mind overworked which can lead to a variety of mental health problems.
By quieting your conscious mind, you allow for the unconscious to fill its place and the more you explore your unconscious mind, the more it will begin to open up.
Our unconscious minds send us signals in the form of meaningful coincidences, we can then use this information in order to bring unconscious memory forward into our waking state .
Here is three simple step to connect with your unconscious mind and use it's power.
1.Be Mindful
The reason mindfulness is so important is because in doing so, you give your conscious mind much-needed rest. If you have an overactive mind it can manifest health problems such as anxiety, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, manic episodes and the list goes on. When the mind is quiet however, flashes of insight and new connections begin to form that were not previously thought possible.
There are a wide variety of mindfulness meditations available as well as many simple tricks to staying in the present moment that everyone can benefit from.
2.Establish New Connections in the Brain
To establish new connections in the brain you need to take something you have received from your unconscious mind through a flash of insight, or information received through meditation and wire it into memory.
This is why consistent meditation is essential to increasing and maintaining a higher level of consciousness. Each time you meditate and “make contact” you have an experience which then creates a new neurological connection. By repeating this process these neurons then maintain the relationship. This allows for a more free-flowing connection between the unconscious and conscious mind that expands your awareness and perception of reality on a conscious level.
3. Raise Your Vibration
Every thought we have whether it be positive or negative holds a unique vibration and so when we can change our conscious thoughts in a more positive way we can increase our vibration.
Energy flows where attention goes and so the more we dwell on the negative, the more negative thoughts we pull from the unconscious mind. Positive thinking has wonderful effects on our level of consciousness, so remember the higher you go, the more you’ll know!

HOW MENTAL PATTERN AFFECT OUR BODY

Our mental pattern directly affect our physical body, by changing our mental pattern we can prevent lots of disease. Here i am listing some common diseases or disorders and its correlated root mental patterns.

Diabetes – caused by wrong food habits and running after desires and thoughts that will not bring fulfillment

Hypertension or high blood pressure – caused by a pattern of laziness and fears when one’s survival is challenged.

Arthritis – caused by the wrong pattern about self and the guilt one carries i.e. the shrinking idea.

Relationship issue – relates to the pain memories (whether physical, mental or emotional pain) due to inability to expand in life.

Liver disease – strong intellectuals who function purely on logic and cannot embrace life that is beyond logic

Pattern of arrogance – creates cancer at the organs near the reproductive system.

Body Pain and insensitivity – TV watching is also a cancerous mental pattern because it creates a lot of pain body and insensitivity and is responsible for losing connection with others.

Parkinson disease – caused by 2 key patterns
a) mental supremacy and
b) ignorance of one’s physical and emotional development.

Depression – caused by a mental pattern of intense worry like health problem or death, pattern of inertia, restlessness or suppression.

There are many thousands of diseases or disorders that are caused by mental patterns expressing as lifestyle habits and mental conditioning. If we are ready to look in honestly within ourselves, we will be able to understand how we attract certain diseases or disorders to ourselves. By understanding the pattern we should work on positive mental attitude and affirmation and apply basic reiki principle on that area.

HOW TO OVERCOME FEAR

How to overcome fear?

Fear is an emotion; it is consequently not amenable to reason. You may therefore fear your friends as well as your enemies, fear the present and past as well as the future; if fear attacks you, it must be destroyed.
You will be interested in knowing how to accomplish this. Reason will not help you at all, because fear is a subconscious thought, a product of the emotions. There must then be some other way.
The way is to awaken the Solar Plexus, get it into action. If you have practiced deep breathing, you can expand the abdomen to the limit. That is the first thing to do; hold this breath for a second or two, then still holding it, draw in more air and carry it to the upper chest, drawing in the abdomen.
This effort flushes the face red. Hold this breath also for a second or two and then still holding this breath, deflate the chest and expand the abdomen again. Do not exhale this breath at all, but, still holding it, alternately expand the abdomen and chest rapidly some four or five times. Then exhale. The fear is gone.
If the fear does not leave you at once, repeat the process until it does. It will not be long before you are feeling entirely normal. Why? Because, in the first place, this breathing effort concentrated at the pit of the stomach affects the great ganglion of the sympathetic nervous system lying exactly opposite, called the Solar Plexus, which largely governs circulation.
The stimulation of the Solar Plexus releases the nerve currents and the renewed circulation re-establishes the muscular control.
Try this and give me feedback.

PAST AND FUTURE ARE IN THE HERE AND NOW

PAST AND FUTURE ARE IN THE HERE AND NOW

-YOG SUTRA
All of the characteristics, forms, memories, deep impressions, etc., exist in the here and now, whether in active or potential forms. The appearance of past and future comes from the condition, path, or order in which they are sequenced.
Try this simple technique that will help you to understand the function of mind.
Vivek
ARRANGING YOUR PHOTO ALBUM: Imagine that you have a huge box of photographs of people in a small community or extended family. Imagine that there are also photographs of numerous places. Now, imagine that you arranged all of these in a photo album, along with written captions. The way you arranged the photo album, and the words you chose for the captions would determine the nature of the past, as well as of the future. It is all a matter of arranging the here and now photo album. This is the way the mind sorts its memories and projects its perception of the future.
And in this way Past and future can be healed in present by doing right visualisation and giving right intention to the memories and perception.
