CHAKRA AND OUR BEHAVIOUR
"When we receive very good or very bad news our cardiac part is shaken, and in some cases cardiac attacks can happen. Haven't we heard people say "my heart feels happy" or "my heart is suffering"? This means that we are exchanging vibrations through our Heart Chakra. Doesn't our body feel bad, don't we feel pain in the pit of our stomach when we are in a heavy atmosphere or in the presence of a negative or inharmonious person? In these cases we are exchanging vibrations through our umbilical or navel Chakra.
When we emit a thought or idea we are exchanging vibrations through our crown Chakra."
When we feel we are lost, no interest in anything we are getting this vibration from root chakra.

Think of a scale of one to ten, with ten being the highest and best. Next, think of each chakra needing to be at the same number on that scale.
Now make power symbol then distant healing symbol, then mental healing symbol,

Affirms my this chakra is vibrating at this number, (the number u have thought),
and I am feeling balanced, grounded.


Once each individual chakra is at the same number your entire physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual body raises into its own new vibrational level to match that of the chakras. The more chakra energy work you do the higher your whole body will be raised on this scale with ten being enlightenment while still in this physical human form.

This particular method of Chinese medicine has been around for over 2,500 years, and is now globally recognized to treat many health problems, including alleviating stress and anxiety.
Traditional Chinese medicine believes that each individual possesses specific acupressure points throughout their body.
Our qi, or life force, flows through these meridians. Acupressure can help stimulate these areas if they aren’t functioning as well as they should be. Chinese medicine has identified twelve of these energy meridians which connect to major organs, as well as help keep the body in balance. The belief is that if one of your energy meridians isn’t working properly, your body isn’t going to work properly either.

So when a person becomes stressed, this area becomes sore and puts the rest of the body out of sync. It’s also been theorized that the central location of CV 17 in the upper torso also contributes to balancing the levels of yin and yang energy levels within the body. This can restore the balance to your physical and emotional senses. Those who practice acupressure, believe that any imbalances in our nervous system can be remedied by applying a light amount of pressure to the CV 17, which can even boost our immune system.
You can locate the CV 17 area four finger-widths above the base of the breastbone- almost directly in the center of your chest. Chinese medicine also refers to this as the sea of tranquility.
★ Place the tips of your fingers inside the small indention in this area. Using gentle pressure, slowly rub up and down the center of your breastbone until you find the right spot.
★ Next, sit with your spine straight and upright, and place your palms together with your fingers pointed toward the ceiling. This is called the prayer pose.
★ Once you are in position, use the back of your thumb knuckles to apply gentle pressure into the center of your CV 17 for 2 – 3 minutes.
★ Close your eyes. Inhale and exhale with deep, regular breaths. Keep your head upright, but relax your neck and shoulders.
★ Also, gently tapping this area with your fingers is a helpful tool to fall asleep at night.
Manipulating the CV 17 pressure area not only helps to alleviate stress and anxiety, it is also useful for relaxing those who have depression, chronic fatigue, post-traumatic stress disorder, or hormonal imbalances, and can be extremely useful during the recovery phase after an injury or surgery.

SECRET HEALING TECHNIC SERIES-3

Atma namaste dear divine soul, in previous articles you have read about healing through lucid dream, now in this article sharing a powerful technic to increase the prana energy level and to recharge the body, that a non reiki channel can use too. This is very powerful technic for them who always feel faint and drained.

RECHARGING YOURSELF
If you feel that your vital energy is at a low ebb, and that you need to store up a new supply quickly, the best plan is to place the feet close together (side by side) and to lock the fingers of both hands in any way that seems the most comfortable. This closes the circuit, as it were, and prevents any escape of Prana through the extremities. Then breathe rhythmically a few times, and you will feel the effect of the recharging
1-Inhale slowly a deep breath, counting six pulse units.
2-Retain, counting three pulse units.
3- Exhale slowly through the nostrils, counting six pulse units.
4- Count three pulse beats between breaths.
5- Repeat a number of times, but avoid fatiguing yourself at the start.
6-When you are ready to close the exercise, practice the cleansing breath, which will rest you and cleanse the lungs.
Pay as much attention as possible to acquiring the “rhythm,” as that is more important than the length of the breath. Practice and try until you get the measured “swing” of the movement, and until you can almost “feel” the rhythm of the vibratory motion throughout your whole body. It will require a little practice and perseverance, but your pleasure at your improvement will make the task an easy one. The Yogis are most patient and persevering men, and their great attainments are due largely to the possession of these qualities.

SECRET HEALING TECHNIC SERIES- 2

Sharing with you today a powerful healing technic that you can use with reiki, or without reiki too. It's very effective.

THOUGHT FORCE HEALING
The central theory of Thought‑force healing is that the disease is a mental trouble—not a trouble in the central mind, but in the “mind” in the parts. The theory of the cure is that the Thought‑force overcomes the rebellious “mind” in the cells and parts, and forces it to resume normal action. In Thought‑force healing, get all ideas of “matter” out of your mind. You are not using Mind against Matter, but Mind against Mind. The Will‑Mind against the cell‑mind.
Do not forget this, for it underlies the whole system of treatment. The healer goes after the rebellious “mind” in the parts—remember that. By producing, or rather re‑establishing normal mental conditions in the parts, the diseased condition vanishes. The Healer directs his Thought‑force to the “mind” in the part, and addresses it positively, either by uttering the actual words or by speaking them mentally. He thinks, or speaks, something like this: “Now, mind, you are behaving badly—you are acting like a spoiled child—you know better, and I expect you to do better. You must, and will do better, and act right. You must bring about normal and healthy conditions. You have charge of these organs, and I expect you to do the work that the Infinite Mind gave you to do properly.” This and similar thoughts will give you the idea of the treatment. Point out to the “mind” of the part, just what you expect it to do. And you will be surprised (at first) at how readily the cell‑mind obeys
Awaken the “attention” of the cell‑mind, and you will find that your orders are listened to carefully.

HEALING THE STOMACH THROUG THOUGHT FORM
The method of treating the mind in the Stomach is as follows: Have the patient standing erect in front of you, or else lying down on his back. Then give him several quick (but gentle) taps or pats of the hand over the Stomach, saying “Mind, wake up!” Then hold the palm of the right hand over the Stomach, saying to the latter: “Now Stomach‑mind, I want you to wake up, and attend to this organ properly. You have not been doing right. You have been neglecting your work. I want you to begin functioning properly, and making the organ strong, healthy, and active. I want it to do its work properly, and you must see that it does so. You must see that it digests the food properly, and nourishes the whole body. You must relieve the congestion and inactivity, and see that the whole organ acts with life and energy, and does its work well.” You need not repeat these exact words, and you may add or vary the same. The main thing is to tell the Stomach‑mind just what you expect it to do, and what you look to it to bring about. You will be surprised at the intelligence displayed by the mind addressed, and how quickly it begins to act upon your instructions. Give stomach treatments daily. The treatment should last about five to ten minutes. It usually takes from one to four weeks to get final results, the difference depending upon the length of standing of the trouble, and the mental attitude of the patient, that is whether he works with you or against you.

A new kind of scientific study called pychoneuroimmunology has evolved the thinking of the researches, they now claim, that the mind plays an important part in how the body systems reacts to an manages diseases. This discovery is indeed exciting on many levels. With this new discovery, there are now better hope percentages for those suffering front terrible diseases, be it mental or physical. It has been discovered that each organ and its functions are closely related to the emotions and ideas the brain perceives towards its condition, and these organs and tissues collectively make up the structure of the immune system.   

 

Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI), is a relatively recent branch of science that enforces beliefs that physicians have held for many centuries, perhaps well before the times of the ancient Greeks. The premise is that a patient's mental state influences diseases and healing. Specifically, PNI studies the connection between the brain and the immune system.

 

LUCID DREAM

 

In a lucid dream, we become the equivalent of a ‘very hypnotisable’ subject because we are conscious in the unconscious. We are in a three-dimensional, multi-sensory, thought-responsive world which can look, feel, taste, sound and smell as real as waking reality. 

Lucidity is about striking the right balance between alert detachment and engagement with the dream.

 

When we work with the deep unconscious imagery and memories which arise, we may therefore be able to trigger healing responses in the body. Lucid dreamers have reported success with physical healing from the lucid dream state, 

 

HOW TO GO ON LUCID STAGE

 

If you feel you’re about to wake up, stay focused but relaxed. Don’t fight. You may well go into a false awakening, where you feel you have woken up in your bedroom but in fact are still asleep and what you are seeing is your dream bedroom. Do a reality check such as trying to push your finger through the palm of your other hand, or touch your nose and seeing if you can still breathe through it. Hold up a hand and focus on it, then glance at the dream scene, then at your hand again, until things stabilise. If you are still dreaming, just wait for a new dream scene to materialise or create one yourself through visualisation and intent.

 

Meditation

 

The best meditation you can do to help induce lucid dreams is mindfulness meditation. Since lucid dreaming is a state of mindfulness, practicing that state during your waking life is a very helpful aid.

 

Try implementing a 20 minutes mindfulness meditation into your daily routine and see if it increases your chances of having a lucid dream tonight.

 

HOW TO DO A LUCID DREAM HEALING

 

1- Set a firm, clear intent to try healing a particular illness or body part in your next lucid dream

 

2- On becoming lucid, recall your intention, stabilise lucidity and direct healing energy towards your body in any of the following ways:

 

3- Point your finger or palm at the afflicted body part or lay your hand on it

 

4- Imagine healing energy pouring down from the dream sky

 

5- Ask the dream directly to heal you

 

6- Decide to find a healing pool of water behind you then turn around and jump into it

 

7- Words can heal, too. Ask the dream why you have this illness, or announce a healing affirmation such as ‘My swollen knee joint heals quickly and easily: all is well.’
