जब तक जीवात्मा का परमात्मा रूपी पिया से मिलन नही हो जाता, तब तक सारी खोज अधूरी है। कबीर दास का ये गीत, पंडित जसराज की आवाज़ में दिल को छू लेने वाला है।

अब तो फागुन भी आ गया, कोई पिया से मिलाएं। उस परमात्मा का रूप का क्या बखान करू, जिसका रूप मुझ पर समाया हुआ है।

जौ रँगे रँगे सकल छवि छाके,

तन- मन सबहि भुलानी।

जो रंग से रंगे हुए है, छवि-छाके = छांव-रूपी मदिरा से छके हुए । छकना पीने को कहते हैं। पंजाब में अभी तक लोग ‘जल छक लो' का जल पी लो के अर्थ में बोलते हैं। जैसे पियक्कड़ का अर्थ बहुत मदिरा पीने वाला होता है, वैसे ही 'छाके' का अर्थ भांग पा कर मतवाल होता है । अतः ‘छाब-छाके' का अर्थ छवि-रूपा मदिरा पी कर मतवाल हुया ।। यहा पर कबीर जी परमात्मा के प्रेम रूपी भांग पी कर तन मन सब को भूला कर, अपने अहंकार को मिटा कर, परमात्म तत्व में विलीन हो जाने को कहते है। इस गति को विरले ही जान पाते है, इसको शब्दो मे कहना नामुमकिन है। 

इस फ़ाग के उत्सव में आप सभी अपने अंदर के परमात्म तत्व का साक्षात्कार कर पाएं यही कामना है।

HARA CENTRING TO CREATE A BALANCE IN YOUR LIFE

Atma namaste all the divine soul, if you want to live healthy, balanced, and courageous life with full awareness, then centre yourself to the hara. The more you remain on your hara the more you will feel connected to source. I am giving here a simple exercise that will help you to remain hara centered.

HARA CENTERING

“Concentrate the energy on the Hara, the point two inches below the navel. That is the center from where one enters life and that is the center from where one dies and goes out of life. So that is the contact center between the body and the soul. If you feel a sort of wavering left and right and you don’t know where your center is, that simply shows that you are no longer in contact with your Hara, so you have to create that contact.”

When: In the night, when you go to sleep/first thing in the morning. 

Duration: 10-5 minutes.

Step 1: Locate the Hara 

“Lie down on the bed and put both your hands two inches below the navel and press a little.

Step 2: Take a Deep Breath! 

“Start breathing, deep breathing. You will feel that center coming up and down with the breathing. Feel your whole energy there as if you are shrinking and shrinking and shrinking and you are just existing there as a small center, very concentrated energy.

Step 3: Center While U Sleep! 

“Fall asleep doing it — that will be helpful. Then the whole night that centering persists. Again and again the unconscious goes and centers there. So the whole night without your knowing, you will be coming in many ways in deep contact with the center.

Step 4: Reconnect with the Hara 

“In the morning, the moment that you feel that sleep has gone, don’t open your eyes first. Again put your hands there, push a little, start breathing; again feel the Hara. Do this for 10-5 minutes and then get up.

“Do this every night, every morning. Within three months you will start feeling centered.

“It is very essential to have a centering otherwise one feels fragmentary; then one is not together. One is just like a jigsaw — all fragments and not a gestalt, not a whole. It is a bad shape, because without a center a man can drag but cannot love. Without a center you can go on doing routine things in your life, but you can never be creative. You will live the minimum. The maximum will not be possible for you. Only by centering does one live at the maximum, at the zenith, at the peak, at the climax, and that is the only living, a real life.

“For example, there will be less thinking because energy will not move to the head, it will go to the Hara. The more you think of the Hara, the more you concentrate there, the more you will find a discipline arising in you. That comes naturally, it has not to be forced.

“The more you are aware of the Hara, the less you will become afraid of life and death — because that is the center of life and death. Once you become attuned to the Hara center, you can live courageously. Courage arises out of it: less thinking, more silence, less uncontrolled moments, natural discipline, courage and rootedness, a groundedness.”

SECRET HEALING TECHNIQUE SERIES-9

As a healer i suggests to all of you, that you give yourself a thorough body washout at least every six months. Here is a tested method.

SECRET HEALING TECHNIQUE-9

STEPS

1- Mentally prepare about a quart of pure spring water and saturate an equal quantity of white healing energy in it until the two are mixed thoroughly together.

2- Then mentally drink it all and, at the same time, instruct your Inner Mind to retain it in your system until you permit its release. 

3- After a period of complete relaxation (at least an hour) instruct the fluid to go to each of your inner organs in turn, to your liver, pancreas, kidneys, adrenals, bowels, bladder, etc., and to cleanse each completely of all toxic and foreign matter. 

4- When this has been done, instruct the fluid to carry itself and the accompanying waste out of the system by means of both bowels and kidneys. Over the next few hours you will experience very vigorous bowel and kidney activity, so don't make any special dates and stay close to home until this passes. 

5- Take a brief rest then. You will feel much better afterward.This process will help you to detoxify your body.

PYSHIC PROTECTION EXERCISE 

 CLEARING THE FIELD

1- This is a great practice if you need a quick boost of protection and focused attention. This can also follow the de-cording practice. 

2- Place the middle fingertips of both hands on the forehead, in between the eyebrows.

Trace them up the center of the forehead, across the top of the head (imagine the line if your hair were parted in the middle), and down the middle of the back of your head, until you reach where your neck connects to your shoulders. 

3- Then sweep each hand across each shoulder. Left hand sweeps across the left side of the shoulder; right hand sweeps across the right.

4- Powerfully breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth while doing this. With your eyes closed, visualize ‘energetic dust’ being dusted and brushed off and away.

DEATH IS THE DOOR FOR ULTIMATE TRANSFORMATION

मृत्यु है द्वार रूपांतरण का

एकनाथ के पास एक व्यक्ति आता था। सत्संग को। कई बार आया, कई बार गया। एकनाथ ने एक दिन उससे पूछा कि मुझे ऐसा लगता है तू कुछ पूछना चाहता है, पूछ नहीं पाता। कोई लाज, कोई लज्जा, कोई संकोच तुझे रोक लेता है। आज तू पूछ ही ले। आज और कोई है भी नहीं, सुबह-सुबह तू जल्दी ही आ गया है।

उस व्यक्ति ने कहा, आपने पहचाना तो ठीक, पूछना तो मैं चाहता हूं। एक छोटी सी बात, और संकोचवश नहीं पूछता हूं। वह बात यह है कि आप भी मनुष्य जैसे मनुष्य हैं, हमारे ही जैसे हड्डी-मांस-मज्जा के बने हैं, आपके जीवन में कभी पद की, प्रतिष्ठा की कामना नहीं उठती? आपके जीवन में कभी लोभ की, क्रोध की अग्नि नहीं भड़कती? आपके जीवन में कभी काम की, माया की वासनाएं नहीं उठतीं? यही पूछना है। आप इतने पवित्र मालूम होते हो, इतने निर्दोष; जैसे सुबह-सुबह खिला हुआ फूल ताजा होता है, ऐसे आप ताजे लगते हो; जैसे सुबह-सुबह सूरज की किरणों में चमकती ओस, ऐसे आप निर्दोष लगते हो; इसलिए पूछते डरता हूं, मगर यह भी संकोच तोड़ना ही पड़ेगा, पूछना ही पड़ेगा, बिना पूछे मैं न रह सकूंगा, मेरी नींद हराम हो गई है। यह प्रश्न मेरे मन में गूंजता ही रहता है। यह भी शंका उठती है, संदेह उठता है कि हो सकता है यह सब निर्दोषता ऊपर-ऊपर हो और भीतर वही सब कूड़ा-करकट भरा हो जो मेरे भीतर भरा है।

एकनाथ ने उसकी बात सब सुनी और कहा कि प्रश्न तेरा सार्थक है। लेकिन इसके पहले कि मैं उत्तर दूं, एक और जरूरी बात बतानी है। कहीं ऐसा न हो कि उत्तर देने में वह जरूरी बात बताना भूल जाऊं। तू जब बात कर रहा था तो तेरे हाथ पर मेरी नजर गई, देखा तेरी उम्र की रेखा समाप्त हो गई है। सात दिन के भीतर तू मर जाएगा। अब तू पूछ।

वह आदमी उठ कर खड़ा हो गया। उसके पैर डगमगा गए। उसकी छाती धड़क गई। श्वासें रुक गई होंगी। एक क्षण को हृदय ने धड़कन बंद कर दी होगी। उसने कहा: मुझे कुछ पूछना नहीं, मुझे घर जाना है। एकनाथ ने कहा: अभी नहीं मरना है, सात दिन जिंदा रहना है, अभी बहुत देर है, सात दिन में घर पहुंच जाएगा, अपने प्रश्न को पूछा, उसका उत्तर तो ले जा! उसने कहा, भाड़ में जाए प्रश्न और भाड़ में जाए उत्तर। मुझे न प्रश्न से मतलब है, न उत्तर से, तुम्हारी तुम जानो, मैं चला घर! जवान आदमी था। अभी जब मंदिर की सीढ़ियां चढ़ रहा था तो उसके पैरों में बल था, अब जब लौट रहा था तो दीवाल का सहारा लेकर उतरा। हाथ-पैर कंप रहे थे, आंखें धुंधली हो रही थीं। सात दिन! एकनाथ की बात पर संदेह भी नहीं किया जा सकता। यह आदमी कभी झूठ बोला नहीं। आज क्यों बोलेगा? बार-बार हाथ देखता था। भागा घर की तरफ। रास्ते में कौन मिला, किसने जयराम जी की, किसने नहीं की, कुछ समझ आया नहीं। धुआं-धुआं छाया था। सात दिन बाद मौत हो तो आही गई मौत। सात दिन में देर कितनी लगेगी! ये दिन आए और ये दिन गए!

घर पहुंच कर बिस्तर से लग गया। पत्नी-बच्चों ने पूछा: हुआ क्या? थोड़ी-बहुत देर छिपाया, फिर छिपा भी नहीं सका..ये बातें छिपाई जा सकतीं नहीं। बताना ही पड़ा। रोना-धोना शुरू हो गया। घर में चूल्हा न जला। सात दिन में उस आदमी की हालत ऐसी खराब हो गई कि हड्डी-हड्डी हो गया। आंखें धंस गयीं। और बार-बार एक ही बात पूछता था, कितना समय और बचा?

आखिरी दिन सूरज ढलने के समय एकनाथ द्वार पर आकर खड़े हुए। सारे परिवार के लोग उनके चरणों में गिर पड़े, रोने लगे। एकनाथ ने कहा: मत रोओ, जरा मुझे भीतर आने दो। वह आदमी तो जैसे एकनाथ को पहचाना ही नहीं। जिंदगी भर से सत्संग करता था, मगर इस मौत ने सब अस्त-व्यस्त कर दिया। एकनाथ ने कहा, पहचाने कि नहीं? मैं हूं एकनाथ।

उस आदमी ने आंखें खोलीं और कहा: हां, कुछ-कुछ याद आती है। आप कैसे आए, किसलिए आए? एकनाथ ने कहा: यह पूछने आया हूं, सात दिन में पाप का कोई विचार उठा? काम-क्रोध, लोभ-मोह, सात दिन में कोई लपटें उठीं?

उस आदमी ने कहा, आप भी क्या मजाक करते हैं! मौत सामने खड़ी हो तो जगह कहां कि काम उठे, लोभ उठे, क्रोध उठे, मोह उठे? जिनसे झगड़ा था उनसे माफी मांग ली। जिन पर मुकदमे चला रहा था, उनसे क्षमा मांग ली। अब क्या शत्रुता! जब मौत ही आ गई, तो किससे शत्रुभाव! सात दिन में ख्याल ही नहीं आया कि पैसा जोड़ना है। सात दिन में वासना तो जगी ही नहीं। काम तो तिरोहित हो गया। ऐसा अंधकार छाया था चारों तरफ, मौत ऐसी भयभीत कर रही थी कि आप भी क्या सवाल पूछते हैं! यह कोई सवाल है!

एकनाथ ने कहा: उठ, अभी तुझे मरना नहीं है। वह तो मैंने तेरे सवाल का जवाब दिया था। ऐसी ही मुझे मौत दिखाई देती है..निश्चित, सुनिश्चित। सात दिन बाद नहीं तो सत्तर वर्ष बाद सही। पर सात दिन में, सत्तर वर्ष में फर्क क्या है? सात दिन गुजर जाएंगे, सत्तर वर्ष भी गुजर जाते हैं। तेरी मौत अभी आई नहीं। यह मैंने तेरे प्रश्न का उत्तर दिया। अब तू उठ!

लेकिन उस दिन से उस आदमी के जीवन में क्रांति हो गई। मौत तो नहीं आई, लेकिन एक आर्थ में वह आदमी मर गया, और एक अर्थ में नया जन्म हो गया। इस नये जन्म का नाम ही धर्म है। इस नये जन्म को मैं संन्यास कहता हूं।

सब कुछ वही था, बाहर वही रहेगा..यही पौधे होंगे, यही लोग होंगे, यही बाजार होगा, यही दुकान होगी, यही मकान होंगे, लेकिन भीतर कुछ क्रांति हो जाएगी, रूपांतरण हो जाएगा। और उस क्रांति का मूल आधार मृत्यु है।

जो बुद्धिहीन हैं, वे मृत्यु को देखते नहीं। आंख मूंदे रखते हैं। पीठ किए रहते हैं। जीवन के सबसे बड़े सत्य के प्रति पीठ किए रहते हैं। सुनिश्चित जो है, उसको झुठलाए रहते हैं। अपने मन को समझाए रहते हैं कि हमेशा कोई और मरता है, मैं नहीं मरूंगा; मेरी कहां मौत, अभी कहां मौत! अभी तो बहुत समय पड़ा है। अभी तो मैं जवान हूं। अपने को भुलाए रखते हैं, मरते-मरते दम तक भी भुलाए रखते हैं। जो बिस्तर पर पड़े हैं अस्पतालों में, मरने की घड़ियां गिन रहे हैं, वे भी अभी इस आशा में हैं कि बच जाएंगे। अभी उनकी कामनाओं का अंत नहीं, वासनाओं का अंत नहीं। अभी भी हिसाब-किताब बिठा रहे हैं कि अगर बच गए तो क्या करेंगे।

PAST LIFE STORY OF SANYSAYI AT THE TIME OF BUDDHA

बुद्ध और एक सन्यासी के पिछले जन्म की कथा

बुद्ध एक गांव में ठहरे हैं। उस गांव के सम्राट के बेटे ने आकर दीक्षा ली। उस सम्राट के लड़के से कभी किसी ने न सोचा था कि वह दीक्षा लेगा। लंपट था, निरा लंपट था। बुद्ध के भिक्षु भी चकित हुए। बुद्ध के भिक्षुओं ने कहा, इस निरा लंपट ने दीक्षा ले ली? इस आदमी से कोई आशा नहीं करता था। यह हत्या कर सकता है, मान सकते हैं। यह डाका डाल सकता है, मान सकते हैं। यह किसी की स्त्री को उठाकर ले जा सकता है, मान सकते हैं। यह संन्यास लेगा, यह कोई सपना नहीं देख सकता था! इसने ऐसा क्यों किया? बुद्ध से लोग पूछने लगे।

बुद्ध ने कहा, मैं तुम्हें इसके पुराने जन्म की कथा कहूं। एक छोटी-सी घटना ने आज के इसके संन्यास को निर्मित किया है–छोटी-सी घटना ने। उन्होंने पूछा, कौन-सी है वह कथा? तो बुद्ध ने कहा…।

और बुद्ध और महावीर ने उस साइंस का विकास किया पृथ्वी पर, जिससे लोगों के दूसरे जन्मों में झांका जा सकता है; किताब की तरह पढ़ा जा सकता है।

तो बुद्ध ने कहा कि यह व्यक्ति पिछले जन्म में हाथी था, आदमी नहीं था। और तब पहली दफा लोगों को खयाल आया कि इसकी चाल-ढाल देखकर कई दफा हमें ऐसा लगता था कि जैसे हाथी की चाल चलता है। अभी भी, इस जन्म में भी उसकी चाल-ढाल, उसका ढंग एक शानदार हाथी का, मदमस्त हाथी का ढंग था।

बुद्ध ने कहा, यह हाथी था पिछले जन्म में। और जिस जंगल में रहता था, हाथियों का राजा था। तो जंगल में आग लगी। गर्मी के दिन थे, भयंकर आग लगी आधी रात को। सारे जंगल के पशु-पक्षी भागने लगे, यह भी भागा। यह एक वृक्ष के नीचे विश्राम करने को एक क्षण को रुका। भागने के लिए एक पैर ऊपर उठाया, तभी एक छोटा-सा खरगोश वृक्ष के पीछे से निकला और इसके पैर के नीचे की जमीन पर आकर बैठ गया। एक ही पैर ऊपर उठा, हाथी ने नीचे देखा, और उसे लगा कि अगर मैं पैर नीचे रखूं, तो यह खरगोश मर जाएगा। यह हाथी खड़ा-खड़ा आग में जलकर मर गया। बस, उस जीवन में इसने इतना-सा ही एक महत्वपूर्ण काम किया था, उसका फल आज इसका संन्यास है।

रात वह राजकुमार सोया। जहां पचास हजार भिक्षु सोए हों, वहां अड़चन और कठिनाई स्वाभाविक है। फिर वह बहुत पीछे से दीक्षा लिया था, उससे बुजुर्ग संन्यासी थे। जो बहुत बुजुर्ग थे, वे भवन के भीतर सोए। जो और कम बुजुर्ग थे, वे भवन के बाहर सोए। जो और कम बुजुर्ग थे, वे रास्ते पर सोए। जो और कम बुजुर्ग थे, वे और मैदान में सोए। उसको तो बिलकुल आखिर में, जो गली राजपथ से जोड़ती थी बुद्ध के विहार तक, उसमें सोने को मिला। रात भर! कोई भिक्षु गुजरा, उसकी नींद टूट गई। कोई कुत्ता भौंका, उसकी नींद टूट गई। कोई मच्छर काटा, उसकी नींद टूट गई। रातभर वह परेशान रहा। उसने सोचा कि सुबह मैं इस दीक्षा का त्याग करूं। यह कोई अपने काम की बात नहीं।

सुबह वह बुद्ध के पास जाकर, हाथ जोड़कर खड़ा हुआ। बुद्ध ने कहा, मालूम है मुझे कि तुम किसलिए आए हो। उसने कहा कि आपको नहीं मालूम होगा कि मैं किसलिए आया हूं। मैं कोई साधना की पद्धति पूछने नहीं आया। क्योंकि कल मैंने दीक्षा ली, आज मुझे साधना की पद्धति पूछनी थी; उसके लिए मैं नहीं आया। बुद्ध ने कहा, वह मैं तुझसे कुछ नहीं पूछता। मुझे मालूम है, तू किसलिए आया। सिर्फ मैं तुझे इतनी याद दिलाना चाहता हूं कि हाथी होकर भी तूने जितना धैर्य दिखाया, क्या आदमी होकर उतना धैर्य न दिखा सकेगा?

उस आदमी की आंखें बंद हो गईं। उसको कुछ समझ में न आया कि हाथी होकर इतना धैर्य दिखाया! यह बुद्ध क्या कहते हैं, पागल जैसी बात! उसकी आंख बंद हो गई।

लेकिन बुद्ध का यह कहना, जैसे उसके भीतर स्मृति का एक द्वार खुल गया। आंख उसकी बंद हो गई। उसने देखा कि वह एक हाथी है। एक घने जंगल में आग लगी है। एक वृक्ष के नीचे वह खड़ा है। एक खरगोश उसके पैर के नीचे आकर बैठ गया। इस डर से वह भागा नहीं कि मेरा पैर नीचे पड़े, तो खरगोश मर जाए। और जब मैं भागकर बचना चाहता हूं, तो जैसा मैं बचना चाहता हूं, वैसा ही खरगोश भी बचना चाहता है। और खरगोश यह सोचकर मेरे पैर के नीचे बैठा है कि शरण मिल गई। तो इस भोले से खरगोश को धोखा देकर भागना उचित नहीं। तो मैं जल गया।

उसने आंख खोली, उसने कहा कि माफ कर देना, भूल हो गई। रात और भी कोई कठिन जगह हो सोने की, तो मुझे दे देना। अब मैं याद रख सकूंगा। उतना छोटा-सा, उतना छोटा-सा काम, क्या मेरे जीवन में इतनी बड़ी घटना बन सकता है?

सब छोटे बीज बड़े वृक्ष हो जाते हैं। चाहे वे बुरे बीज हों, चाहे वे भले बीज हों, सब बड़े वृक्ष हो जाते हैं–सब बड़े वृक्ष हो जाते हैं।

हमें चूंकि कोई पता नहीं होता कि जीवन किस प्रक्रिया से चलता है, इसलिए कठिनाई होती है। हमें कोई पता नहीं होता कि किस प्रक्रिया से चलता है।

यह बीज पिछले जन्मों का है। यह कहीं पड़ा रहता है, चुपचाप प्रतीक्षा करता है। जैसे बीज गिर जाता है, फिर वर्षा की प्रतीक्षा करता है। महीनों बीत जाते हैं धूल में, धंवास में उड़ते, हवाओं की ठोकरें खाते, फिर वर्षा की प्रतीक्षा चलती है। फिर कभी वर्षा आती है। शायद इन आठ महीनों में बीज भी भूल गया होगा कि मैं कौन हूं। बीज को पता भी कैसे होगा कि मेरे भीतर क्या पैदा हो सकता है। फिर वर्षा आती है, बीज जमीन में दब जाता है और टूटकर अंकुर हो जाता है, तभी बीज को पता चलता है। बीज भी चौंकता होगा; चौंककर कहता होगा कि मैं सूखा-साखा सा, मुझमें इतनी हरियाली छिपी थी! मैं सूखा-साखा सा, कंकड़-पत्थर मालूम पड़ता था देखने पर, मुझमें ऐसे-ऐसे फूल छिपे थे! बीज को भी भरोसा न आता होगा।
