पार्वती स्त्रोत- कन्याओ के शीघ्र विवाह के लिए।

कन्याओ के शीघ्र विवाह के लिए।

जानकीकृत पार्वतीस्तोत्र का पाठ करने से इच्छित वर की प्राप्ति होती है। माता सीता ने, भगवान को पतिरूप में प्राप्त करने हेतु, निम्न स्त्रोत द्वारा देवी पार्वती गौरी की स्तुति की थी।

यह अनुपम स्तोत्र उन्हें करना लाभदायक है, जिनके विवाह में बाधाएं आ रही है, उन्हें इस जानकीकृत पार्वतीस्तोत्र का पाठ करना चाहिए ताकि विवाह में होने वाले विलम्ब का अंत हो और उन्हें मनोनुकूल, मनोवांछित, उपयुक्त वर शीघ्रातिशीघ्र प्राप्त हो सके। इस स्तोत्र का पाठ करने से पूर्व पार्वतीजी की आराधना और पूजन करना चाहिए। पार्वतीजी अर्थात् गौरी का सविधि पूजन करने से पूर्व गणपति पूजन भी करना चाहिए।

उल्लेखनीय है कि जानकीकृत पार्वती स्तोत्र के पाठ नित्य करने से मनोनुकूल वर अवश्य ही शीघ्र प्राप्त होता है। मंगला गौरी व्रत ऐसे तो सावन के प्रथम मंगलवार के रखा जाता है, फिर भी श्रद्धा भाव से मंगलवार के व्रत रख के यदि 7 पाठ नित्य किया जाए तो विवाह में आ रही सारी अड़चने खत्म होती है। ये प्रयोग शुक्ल पक्ष के किसी भी मंगलवार से आरंभ कर सकते है।

जानकीकृतं पार्वतीस्तोत्रम्

पार्वतीस्तोत्रम् 

शक्तिस्वरूपे सर्वेषां सर्वाधारे गुणाश्रये ।

सदा शंकरयुक्ते च पतिं देहि नमोsस्तु ते ।।1।।

सृष्टिस्थित्यन्त रूपेण सृष्टिस्थित्यन्त रूपिणी । 

सृष्टिस्थियन्त बीजानां बीजरूपे नमोsस्तु ते ।।2।।

हे गौरि पतिमर्मज्ञे पतिव्रतपरायणे ।

पतिव्रते पतिरते पतिं देहि नमोsस्तु ते ।।3।।

सर्वमंगल मंगल्ये सर्वमंगल संयुते ।

सर्वमंगल बीजे च नमस्ते सर्वमंगले ।।4।।

सर्वप्रिये सर्वबीजे सर्व अशुभ विनाशिनी ।

सर्वेशे सर्वजनके नमस्ते शंकरप्रिये ।।5।।

परमात्मस्वरूपे च नित्यरूपे सनातनि ।

लज्जा मेधा तुष्टि पुष्टि शान्ति संपत्ति वृद्धय: ।

एतास्त्व कला: सर्वा: सर्वरूपे नमोsस्तु ते ।।8।।

दृष्टादृष्ट स्वरूपे च तयोर्बीज फलप्रदे ।

सर्वानिर्वचनीये च महामाये नमोsस्तु ते ।।9।।

शिवे शंकर सौभाग्ययुक्ते सौभाग्यदायिनि ।

हरिं कान्तं च सौभाग्यं देहि देवी नमोsस्तु ते ।।10।।

स्तोत्रणानेन या: स्तुत्वा समाप्ति दिवसे शिवाम् ।

नमन्ति परया भक्त्या ता लभन्ति हरिं पतिम् ।।11।।

इह कान्तसुखं भुक्त्वा पतिं प्राप्य परात्परम् ।

दिव्यं स्यन्दनमारुह्य यान्त्यन्ते कृष्णसंनिधिम् ।।12।।

श्री ब्रह्मवैवर्त पुराणे जानकीकृतं पार्वतीस्तोत्रं सम्पूर्णम् ।।

हिन्दी में अर्थ :

जानकी बोली – 

सबकी शक्ति स्वरूपे ! शिवे ! आप सम्पूर्ण जगत की आधारभूता हैं. समस्त सद्गुणों की निधि हैं तथा सदा भगवान शंकर के संयोग-सुख का अनुभव करने वाली हैं, आपको नमस्कार ह. आप मुझे सर्वश्रेष्ठ पति दीजिए।।1।।

सृष्टि पालन और संहार के जो बीज हैं, उनकी भी बीजस्वरुपिणी आपको नमस्कार है ।।2।।

पति के मर्म को जानने वाली पतिव्रतपरायणे गौरि ! पतिव्रते ! पति अनुरागिणी ! मुझे पति दीजिए, आपको नमस्कार है ।।3।।

आप समस्त मंगलों के लिए भी मंगलकारिणी हैं. संपूर्ण मंगलों से संपन्न हैं, सभी प्रकार के मंगलों की बीजरूपा हैं, सर्वमंगले ! आपको नमस्कार है ।।4।।

आप सबको प्रिय हैं, सबकी बीजरूपिणी हैं, समस्त अशुभों का विनाश करने वाली हैं. सबकी ईश्वरी तथा सर्वजननी हैं, शंकरप्रिये आपको नमस्कार है ।।5।।

हे परमात्मस्वरूपे ! नित्यरूपिणी ! सनातनि ! आप साकार और निराकार भी हैं, सर्वरूपे ! आपको नमस्कार है।।6।।

क्षुधा, तृष्णा, इच्छा, दया, श्रद्धा, निद्रा, तन्द्रा, स्मृति और क्षमा – ये सब आपकी कलाएँ हैं, नारायणि आपको नमस्कार है।।7।।

लज्जा, मेधा, तुष्टि, पुष्टि, शान्ति, सम्पत्ति और वृद्धि – ये सब भी आपकी ही कलाएँ हैं, सर्वरूपिणी ! आपको नमस्कार है।।8।।

दृष्ट और अदृष्ट दोनों आपके ही स्वरूप हैं, आप उन्हें बीज और फल दोनों प्रदान करती हैं. कोई भी आपको निर्वचन नहीं कर सकता है. हे महामाये ! आपको नमस्कार है ।।9।।

शिवे आप शंकर संबंधी सौभाग्य से संपन्न हैं तथा सबको सौभाग्य देने वाली हैं. देवी ! श्री हरि ही मेरे प्राणवल्लभ और सौभाग्य हैं. उन्हें मुझे दीजिए. आपको नमस्कार है ।।10।।

जो स्त्रियाँ व्रत की समाप्ति पर इस स्तोत्र से शिवादेवी की स्तुति कर भक्तिपूर्वक उन्हें मस्तक झुकाती हैं, वे साक्षात श्रीहरि को पतिरूप में पाती हैं ।।11।।

इस लोक में परात्पर परमेश्वर को पतिरूप में पाकर कान्त सुख का उपभोग करके अन्त में दिव्य विमान पर चढ़कर भगवान श्रीकृष्ण के समीप चली जाती हैं ।।12।।

गणपति अथर्वशीर्ष

गणपति अथर्वशीर्ष संस्कृत में रचित एक लघु उपनिषद है। इस उपनिषद में गणेश को परम ब्रह्म बताया गया है। 

भगवान गणेश का अथर्वशीर्ष पाठ करने से घर और जीवन के अमंगल दूर होते हैं। इस पाठ के बहुत से लाभ है।

1. ऐश्वर्यवान, धनवान, बुद्धिमान बनाता है।

जो व्यक्ति नित्य प्रतिदिन पूरी आस्था एवँ श्रद्धा के साथ Ganpati Atharvashirsha का पाठ करता है, वह व्यक्ति ऐश्वर्यवान, धनवान एवँ बुद्धिमान बनाता है। वह व्यक्ति दिन प्रतिदिन तरक्की के ओर अग्रसर होता है, उसके समस्त कार्य स्वतः ही पूर्ण हो जाते हैं।

2. नोकरी एवँ व्यवसाय में सफलता: -

अगर कोई व्यक्ति नित्य श्री गणपति अथर्वशीर्ष का पाठ करता हैं, तो वह व्यक्ति दिन प्रतिदिन नित नई ऊंचाइयों को छूते हुए नोकरी में उच्च पदों को प्राप्त करता है। वह व्यक्ति हमेशा व्यापार में सफलता को प्राप्त करता है। उसके व्यापार में वह अच्छे पदों को प्राप्त करता है।

3. बुध दोष दूर होता है:

जिस व्यक्ति की कुंडली मे बुध ग्रह कमजोर अथवा अस्त है उस व्यक्ति को श्री गणपति अथर्वशीर्ष का पाठ करना चाहिए जिस से बुध ग्रह मजबूत होता है एवँ व्यक्ति का मनोबल बढ़ता है उसकी बुद्धि का विकास होता है एवँ उसके सभी विघ्न समाप्त होते है।

4. विद्यार्थियों के लिए महामंत्र:

विधार्थियों को नित्य रूप से श्री Ganpati Atharvashirsha का पाठ करना चाहिए। विधार्थियों के लिए यह एक प्रकार से महामंत्र है । जिन बच्चो का पढ़ाई में मन नही लगता, जिनका मन चंचल है या बहुत मेहनत करने पर भी सफलता नही मिल पाती उन्हें नित्य श्री गणपति अथर्वशीर्ष का पाठ करना

5. घर मे सुख एवँ प्रसन्नता:

जिस घर मे नित्य श्री गणपति अथर्वशीर्ष का पाठ होता है उस घर में सुख एवँ प्रसन्नता स्वतः ही बनी रहती है । माँ लक्ष्मी की उस घर पर कृपा बनी रहती है। उस घर मे सभी कार्य प्रसन्नता के साथ पूर्ण होते है।

The Mantra Swarupa of Ganapati is as follows) The first syllable of the word Gana (i.e. "G") is to be pronounced first; then the first varna (i.e. "A") should immediately follow (thus making "Ga"),

The Anuswara should follow next (thus making "Gam"), then it should be made to shine with the Half-Moon (i.e. the Nasal Sound of Chandrabindu, thus making "Gang"),

This should be Augmented by Tara (a Note signifying Om) (thus making "Om Gang"),

This is Your Mantra Swarupa.

The visible Form of Ganapati is as follows) His Face has a single Tusk (Ekadantam); He has Four Hands (Catur-Hastam); with two of His Hands, he is holding Noose (Pasha) and Goad (Ankusha), With His third Hand He is holding a Tusk (Rada), and with His fourth Hand He is showing the gesture of Boon-Giving (Varada Mudra); His Flag is having the Emblem of a Rat (Mushaka), His Form is having a Beautiful Reddish Glow (Raktam), with a Large Belly (Lambodara) and with Large Ears like Fans (Shurpa Karna); He is wearing Red Garments (Rakta Vasam), His Form is annointed with Red Fragrant Paste (Rakta Gandha), and He is worshipped with Red Flowers (Rakta Pushpa),

He who studies this Atharvashirsha (with Shraddha), will become fit to realize Brahman,: He will not be (permanently) tied down by any obstacles (and his consciousness will become clearer),

(Permanent) Happiness will increase within his consciousness, wherever he is (i.e. at all times),

He will get freed from the five grave Sins (the memory of sins tend to create permanent obstacles within the consciousness for the jivas to sense the Paramatman),

सायमधीयानो दिवसकृतं पापं नाशयति ।

प्रातरधीयानो रात्रिकृतं पापं नाशयति ।

Chanting this in the Evening will destroy the Sins committed during the Day (including the tendency to commit Sins), Chanting this in the Morning will destroy the Sins committed during the Night (including the tendency to commit Sins), Joining (the Study and Deep Contemplation) both in the Evening and Morning, will make a Sinful person Sinless (by gradually revealing the deeper consciousness and thereby removing the tendencies to commit Sins), Chanting in all situations will remove the Obstacles, ...(And) the Devotee will obtain Dharma, Artha (Prosperity), Kama (Right Desires fulfilled) and (finally) Moksha (Liberation by discovering the deeper consciousness),

This Atharvasirsha is not to be given to undeserving Persons (Those who do not have any interest or faith in higher life), If anyone gives this out of attachment to someone (inspite of knowing the person to be undeserving), he becomes a sinner, When thousand Parayana of this Atharva Shirsha is done by Deep Study (and Contemplation), then by this (Upanishad), Siddhi (Spiritual attainments) will be attained,

अनेन गणपतिमभिषिञ्चति स वाग्मी भवति ।

चतुर्थ्यामनश्नन् जपति स विद्यावान् भवति ।

He who anoints Ganapati with this Upanishad (i.e. worships Ganapati as Brahman-Consciousness) becomes a fluent Speaker (Vagmi), He who fasts on Chaturthi and recites this Upanishad becomes filled with Knowledge (becomes Vidyavan),This is the word of the Atharvana Rishi, He (finally) gains the Knowledge of the envelop of Brahman (i.e. understands Brahma Vidya), and thereafter does not have any Fear anytime (i.e. he becomes free from the fears caused by the ego),

यो दूर्वाङ्कुरैर्यजति स वैश्रवणोपमो भवति ।

यो लाजैर्यजति स यशोवान् भवति ।

स मेधावान् भवति ।

He who worships (Ganapati) with tender Durva Grass (Durva) will become Prosperous like Kubera, He who worships (Ganapati) with Parched Rice will become Glorious (i.e. will have Name and Fame), He will (also) become Medhavan (filled with Medha or retentive capacity of the mind), He who worships (Ganapati) with thousand Modakas (a type of Sweetmeat), he will obtain his Desired Fruits, He who worships (Ganapati) with Twigs dipped in Ghee, he obtains Everything, he obtains Everything,

Meaning:

He who makes Eight Brahmins receive this Upanishad (i.e. either teaches this Upanishad to eight Brahmins or recites this in the company of eight Brahmins in the satsang of pure-souled persons) becomes filled with the splendour of the Sun, He who recites this during Solar Eclipse on the bank of a great River (Nature providing the backdrop of the greater consciousness) or in-front of the image of Ganapati, becomes Mantra-Siddha (i.e. Mantra gradually reveals the deeper consciousness): He becomes free from great Obstacles (i..e. when Brahman-Consciousness frees one from inner obstacles, the effect of outer obstacles also tend to loosen their grip), He becomes free from great Vices (i.e. the Upanishad will gradually release from the Sins of the past Vices and remove the evil tendencies to create new Vices), He becomes free from Sins or situations which as if drowns the life in a River (i.e. the Upanishad will gradually lift up one's spirit amidst drowning life situations), He becomes All-Knowing, He becomes All-Knowing (Brahman being the underlying essence of everything, knowing Brahman is knowing the essence of everything),

This indeed is the Veda (the ultimate Knowledge), thus ends the Upanishad (giving the message of the all-freeing Brahman Consciousness embodied as Ganapati and fresh hope to all)

Om, Shanti, Shanti, Shanti (May this bring Peace to all at all the three levels - Adhibhautika, Adhidaivika and Adhyatmika)

बहुत से लोगो ने मुझसे प्रश्न किया, इसलिए उसके लिए इस शंका का समाधान निर्णय सिंधु ग्रंथ से कर रहा।

रक्षाबंधन (Raksha Bandhan) भाई बहनों का एक खास त्योहार हैं। यह पर्व हर साल सावन मास की पूर्णिमा तिथि को मनाई जाती है। इस बार रक्षाबंधन को लेकर लोग काफी उलझन में है। कुछ जगहों पर गूगल में सर्च करने पर 11 तारीख को रक्षाबंधन का त्योहार बताया जा रहा है, तो कुछ 12 अगस्त (Raksha Bandhan 2022 date in India) को रक्षाबंधन का पर्व बता रहे हैं। यदि आप भी इस तरह के असमंजस में है, तो आपको इस आर्टिकल को जरूर पढ़ना चाहिए। यहां रक्षाबंधन की सही डेट (when is Raksha Bandhan in 2022) और राखी बांधने का शुभ मुहूर्त बताया गया है।

"भद्रायां द्वे न कर्तव्ये श्रावणी फाल्गुनी तथा । श्रावणी नृपतिं हन्ति ग्रामं दहति फाल्गुनी " इति संग्रहांक्तेः । तत्सत्त्वं तु राचावपि तदन्ते कुर्यादिति निर्णयामृते ॥ इदं प्रतिपद्युतायां न कार्यम् ॥ 

          "निर्णय सिन्धु"

भद्रा काल में दो त्योहार नहीं मनाने चाहिए। श्रावणी अर्थात रक्षाबंधन और फाल्गुनी अर्थात होली। भद्रा काल में रक्षाबंधन मनेगा तो राजा के लिए कष्टकारी है और होली दहन के समय भद्रा रहेगी तो प्रजा एवं ग्राम के लिए नुकसानदायक है। (इदम् भद्रायां न कार्यम्) 

अगर पूर्णिमा दो दिन हो तो पहले दिनमें अपरान्ह

के समय रक्षाबन्धन करना सिद्ध है, अथवा प्रदोष काल में कर सकते है। यह रक्षाबन्धन भद्रामें नहीं करना चाहिये। 

भद्रा हो तो भद्रा - उपरान्त रात्रि में भी रक्षाबन्धन करले, यह निर्णयामृत में कहा है। यह प्रतिपदा में नही करनी चाहिए। 

कई लोगो का तर्क है, की चंद्र अगर मकर में हो तो भद्रा पाताल में होती है, और उसका दुष्प्रभाव नही होता। लेकिन निर्णय सिंधु में स्पष्ट लिखा है कि ये भद्रा में ना करें। 

शुभ और कल्याण की ख़्वाहिश रखने वाली बहन, बेटियों और माताओं को अपने भाइयों की कलाई में भद्राकाल में राखी नहीं बांधनी चाहिए.

Natraj strotram- Powerful hymn by Sage Patanjali

NATRAJ STOTRAM 

नटराज स्त्रोतम्

The strot that is beginningless and endless.

15 years Back when first time I listened this strotram from the voice of Prof. Thiagarjan, i can't forget that moment. It was nearly 3.00 AM Night time, my whole body was trembling, like kundalini awakening, i can feel the energy and light in my each cells of body. I was in deep meditative state for one hour. I can feel the dance of shiva in each cells of my body and in the whole universe. Sharing today the amazing strotram by Sage Patanjali who is master of all types of Yoga.

One who recites this hymn, quickly reaches the highest goal and does not steep into the ocean of worldly existence which causes great sorrow and sinfulness.

One who learns it by heart and recites it will find a seat in the assembly of Shiva. 

This hymn is by Sage Patanjali, the author and compiler of the famous yogasuutra. Once upon a time, as the story of the origin of the hymn goes, Nandi, Shiva's carrier would not allow Patanjali Muni to have Darshan of the Lord Shiva (Nataraja of Chidambaram). In order to reach Lord Shiva, Patanjali, with his mastery over grammatical forms, spontaneously composed this prayer in praise of the Lord without using any extended (`diirgham') syllable, (without `charaNa' and `shringa' i.e. leg and horn) to tease Nandi. 

Shiva was quickly pleased, gave Darshan to the devotee, and danced to the lilting tune of this song. The place where this incidence is said to have happened is Chidambaram (also known as Thillai), located about a hundred miles from Madras, Tamilnadu, India. It is considered to be one of the holiest places in India. In this temple, Lord Nataraja is present in a cosmic-dancing form.

अचिन्त्यमलिबृन्दरुचिबन्धुरगलं कुरित कुन्द निकुरुम्ब धवलं

मुकुन्द सुरबृन्द बलहन्तृ कृतवन्दन लसन्तमहिकुण्डलधरम् ।

अकम्पमनुकम्पितरतिं सुजनमङ्गलनिधिं गजहरं पशुपतिं

धनञ्जयनुतं प्रणतरञ्जनपरं परचिदम्बरनटं हृदि भज ॥ ६ ॥

परं सुरवरं पुरहरं पशुपतिं जनित दन्तिमुख षण्मुखममुं

मृडं कनकपिङ्गलजटं सनकपङ्कजरविं सुमनसं हिमरुचिम् ।

असङ्घमनसं जलधि जन्मगरलं कबलयन्तमतुलं गुणनिधिं

सनन्दवरदं शमितमिन्दुवदनं परचिदम्बरनटं हृदि भज ॥ ७ 

अजं क्षितिरथं भुजगपुङ्गवगुणं कनकशृङ्गिधनुषं करलस-

-त्कुरङ्ग पृथुटङ्कपरशुं रुचिर कुङ्कुमरुचिं डमरुकं च दधतम् ।

मुकुन्द विशिखं नमदवन्ध्यफलदं निगमबृन्दतुरगं निरुपमं

सचण्डिकममुं झटितिसंहृतपुरं परचिदम्बरनटं हृदि भज ॥ ८ ॥

अनङ्गपरिपन्थिनमजं क्षितिधुरन्धरमलं करुणयन्तमखिलं

ज्वलन्तमनलन्दधतमन्तकरिपुं सततमिन्द्रसुरवन्दितपदम् ।

उदञ्चदरविन्दकुलबन्धुशतबिम्बरुचि संहति सुगन्धि वपुषं

पतञ्जलिनुतं प्रणवपञ्जरशुकं परचिदम्बरनटं हृदि भज ॥ ९ ॥

इति स्तवममुं भुजगपुङ्गव कृतं प्रतिदिनं पठति यः कृतमुखः

सदः प्रभुपदद्वितयदर्शनपदं सुललितं चरणशृङ्गरहितम् ।

सरः प्रभव सम्भव हरित्पति हरिप्रमुख दिव्यनुत शङ्करपदं

स गच्छति परं न तु जनुर्जलनिधिं परमदुःखजनकं दुरितदम् ॥ १० ॥

इति श्रीपतञ्जलिमुनि प्रणीतं चरणशृङ्गरहित नटराज स्तवम् ॥

भगवान बुद्ध का अंतिम उपदेश

बुद्ध एक गांव में ठहरे थे। और उस गांव के एक कुंदा नामक लोहार ने,एक गरीब आदमी ने बुद्ध को निमंत्रण दिया की मेरे घर भोजन करो। उस की बड़ी तमन्‍ना थी की जीवन में एक बार भगवान उसके यहाँ भी भोजन ग्रहण करे।

वह निमंत्रण दे ही रहा था कि इतनी देर में गांव को कोई धन पति ने आकर भगवान को कहा कि आज का भोजन निमंत्रण मेरा ग्रहण करे। पर भगवान बुद्ध पहले ही निमंत्रण ले चुके थे। उन्होंने धनवान व्यक्ति को मना कर इस गरीब के घर जाने का निर्णय लिया था। पर इस गरीब के पास भगवान बुद्ध को खिलने के लिए कुछ नहीं था।

भगवान बुद्ध गये। उस आदमी को भरोसा भी न था कि भगवान उसके घर पर भी कभी भोजन ग्रहण करेने के लिए आएँगे। उसके पास कुछ भी न था खिलाने को वस्‍तुत:। सब्‍जी के नाम पर बिहार में गरीब किसान वह जो बरसात के दिनों में कुकुरमुत्‍ते पैदा हो जाते है—लकड़ियों पर, गंदी जगह में—उस कुकुरमुत्‍ते को इकट्ठा कर लेते है। सुखाकर रख लेते है। और उसी की सब्‍जी बनाकर खाते हैं। कभी-कभी ऐसा होता है कि कुकुरमुत्‍ते जहरीले हो जाता है। जो व्यक्ति ने सब्जी बनाई वो जहरीली थी। कुकुरमुत्‍तों में जहर था।

बुद्ध के लिए उसने कुकुरमुत्‍ते की सब्‍जी बनाई। और भगवान बुद्ध यह सब्जी खा गए यह सोच कर की इसे बताया तो यह कठिनाई में पड़ेगा; उसके पास कोई दूसरी सब्‍जी नहीं है। वह उस ज़हरीली सब्‍जी को खा गये।

इसी भोजन के कारन भगवान बुद्ध की मृत्यु होती है। मृत्यु से पहले जब कुंदा को पता चलता है वो बोहोत विलाप करता है। की सारे संसार को प्रकाश देने वाले आज मेरे यहाँ का भोजन खा के विलीन हो रहा है वो बोहोत विलाप करता है। तभी भगवान बुद्ध बड़ी करुणा से उसको समझाते है की तू सौभाग्य साली है।  क्‍योंकि कभी हजारों वर्षों में बुद्ध जैसा व्‍यक्‍ति पैदा होता है। दो ही व्‍यक्‍तियों को उसका सौभाग्‍य मिलता हे। पहला भोजन कराने का अवसर उसकी मां को मिलता है और अंतिम भोजन कराने का अवसर तुझे मिला है। 

भगवान बुद्ध उस कुंदा को सात सूत्र बताये जो भगवान बुद्ध के अंतिम उपदेश है।

१ )श्रद्धा 

श्रद्धा को हिलने मत दो, एक होती है अंधश्रद्धा दूसरी अश्रद्धा और तीसरी श्रद्धा। प्राणवायु शरीर को ताज़ा रखती है। और श्रद्धा आत्मा को। परमात्मा को समझने के लिए उनमे इतनी श्रद्धा रखनी भी जरुरी है।

२) पाप कर्म से लज्जित होना। 

जिस कर्म में अहंकार शामिल होगा वो सभी कर्म पाप कर्म है। अगर आप दान भी अहंकार से दे रहे हो तो वो भी पाप कर्म है।

३) शुभ विद्या का संचय।

विद्या अक्सर संत, शास्त्र और प्रकृति से सीखनी चाहिए।

४) लोक अपवाद से डरना नहीं। 

जगत ऐसा ही है। उसकी चिंता मत करना।

५) सत कर्म करना। 

होशपूर्ण कृत्य से जो कर्म किया जाता है वो सत कर्म ही है, परमात्मा भाव से हुआ कर्म सत कर्म ही है।

६) होश पूर्ण रहना।

जीवन में स्मृति होश पूर्ण रखना। स्मृति सोइ हो तो मोह होता है। इस लिए अपनी स्मृति को जगाये रखना।

७) अपने बोध को बाटना। 

अपनी समाज को लोक कल्याण में लगाना।

ये सात सूत्र भगवान बुद्ध के अंतिम उपदेश है। जो बहुत गहन और कल्याणकारी है।

हममें से बहुत की ये आदत होती है, कोई चीज़ ढूंढना ना पड़े, उसके लिए हम उसे बेड के निचे रख देते है, लेकिन ये आदत आपके बैडरूम की पूरी एनर्जी बिगाड़ सकती है।

पॉलीथिन पर्यावरण के अनुसार तो नुकसान दायक है ही, एनर्जी वास्तु में भी ये सबसे जल्दी नेगेटिविटी देने वाली चीज हैं। वैज्ञानिक पहलू से भी देखे तो पॉलीथिन, कैरीबैग विभिन्न चीज़ों के संस्पर्श में आने के कारण अपने साथ कई खतरनाक बैक्टीरिया रखते है, और एनर्जी वास्तु के विज्ञान में भी ये इतने खतरनाक होते है।

क्या प्रभाव होता है इन वस्तुओं को सोने के स्थान में रखने से??

केस स्टडीज

1- एक केस मेरे पास, रिलेशनशिप हिलींग में आया, पति-पत्नी में बहुत क्लेश था, रोज़ तनाव और झगड़े चरम पे थे, साथ में नींद की भी परेशानी थीं, वीडियो स्कैनिंग में पूरा बैडरूम डिस्टर्ब था, और सबसे ज़्यादा नेगेटिविटी बेड के एक कोने से आ रही थी, जहा पर पति सोता था, जब बेड के नीचे मैंने देखने कहा, तो वहां बहुत सारे कैरीबैग, व्यापारिक लेंन देंन के कागज़, और पुरानी फ़ोटो थी। मैंने पूरा स्थान खाली करने कहा। वास्तु हीलिंग की और एक महीना में फीडबैक देने कहा। 

एक महीने बाद फिर से स्कैनिंग की, सब कुछ नार्मल था, और पत्नी के बहुत ही अच्छे फीडबैक दिए, जो तनाव चल रहे थे, वो एक दम से कम हुए, और समझदारी बढ़ने लगी थी। ये इकलौता मामला नही है, ऐसे सौ से ऊपर फीडबैक मैने पाए है। 

2- एक व्यक्ति को आये दिन बीमारी लगे रहती थी, उसने भी बेड के नीचे, डॉक्टर के प्रेस्क्रिप्शन, बीमारी की रिपोर्ट, और बहुत से बिल बेड के नीचे रखें थे, मैंने सब हटाने कहाँ, और हीलिंग देने के बाद कुछ इंस्ट्रक्शन दी, आज चीज़ें बहुत हद तक नार्मल है।

साधना विधि

🔸साधना आरम्भ करने के पहले हनुमान जी का ध्यान करे, और धूप दीप से पूजन करें। 

🔸अगर रक्त चंदन की माला हो तो अति उत्तम, अन्यथा कोई भी माला चलेगी

🔸इस मंत्र के पुरुश्चरण की विशेषता यह है कि 6 हजार जप करने से एक पुरुश्चरण संपन्न होता है। कलयुग में साधक का स्तर निर्मल नहीं हो पाता इसलिए हमारा मत है कि यह साप्ताहिक अनुष्ठान 6 बार किए जाएं। 1000 जप के क्रम से 6 दिन में 6000 जाप करे, सातवें दिन निरंतर जप और हनुमान जी का ध्यान करते रहे। इस प्रकार से 6 हफ़्ते में 36000 मंत्र का जाप करें।

जीवन सुंदर अवसर है। भिन्न दृष्टि में जीवन को संघर्ष भी कहा जाता है। इस दृष्टिकोण में संसार शत्रु है। बेशक हमारे और संसार के बीच तमाम अन्तर्विरोध भी हैं लेकिन संसार को युद्ध क्षेत्र मानने वाले ‘विजय के सूत्र’ खोजा ही करते हैं। जीवन युद्ध में अनेक शत्रु हैं। आमने-सामने की लड़ाई युद्ध कहलाती है। शत्रु हम सबको क्षति पहुंचाते हैं। इस तरह क्षति पहुंचाने वाली सारी शक्तियां भी शत्रु हैं। पतंजलि ने योगसूत्रों में चित्तवृत्तियों को भी ऐसा ही बताया है। उन्होंने उनकी संख्या पांच बताई है। युद्ध या संघर्ष में विजय की इच्छा स्वाभाविक है। 

प्राचीन युद्धों में रथ एक आवश्यक उपकरण रहा है। रथ सवार योद्धा रथी थे और रथहीन योद्धा विरथी। श्रीराम के पास रथ नहीं था। रावण रथ पर सवार था। श्रीराम को रथविहीन देखकर सहयोगी विभीषण व्यथित हुए।

'बोले नाथ न रथ नहिं तन पद त्राना,

केहि विधि जितब वीर बलवाना।"

न रथ, न कवच और न पैरों में जूते तो आप रावण जैसे वीर को कैसे जीतेंगे?  

श्रीराम बताते हैं लेकिन विजय दिलाने वाला रथ लोहे का उपकरण मात्र नहीं होता

‘सुनहु सखा कह कृपा निधाना,

जेंहि जय होई सो स्वयंदन आना।’ 

यहां जिताऊ रथ दूसरा है। यह रथ मजेदार जिज्ञासा है। 

★ जीवन-रण के विजय-रथ में शौर्य और धैर्य रुपी दो पहिये होते हैं| 

• पथ की विषमता को देखकर बिना घबराये हुए आगे लेके चलते जाना शौर्य से संभव है। निरंतर इन विषमताओं के गड्ढों से टकराते हुए भी चलते जाना धैर्य से संभव है| इन दोनों के बीच रथ के पहियों की तरह संतुलन भी आवश्यक है, जितना अधिक शौर्य वाला पथ आप चुनेंगे, उतना ही धैर्य भी आपको रखना होगा!

★ सत्य और शील का ध्वज है। 

• रणभूमि में रथ पर सवार रथी की पहचान के लिए रथ पर ध्वज होता है, सत्य और शील ही विजय रथ की पहचान होती हैं।

★ शक्ति, विवेक, दम और परहित इस रथ के चार घोड़े हैं।

• जीवन के रण में विजय दिलाने वाले इस रथ के चार घोड़े हैं: बल, विवेक, दम और परहित यानी दूसरों की भलाई करना|

बल केवल शारीरिक ही नहीं, अपितु मानसिक भी होना चाहिए| विज्ञान में बल की परिभाषा है: जो चलते को रोक दे, गति या दिशा बदल दे, रुके को चला दे वही बल है| स्वयं इस परिभाषा से विचार कीजिये कि भगवान राम के विजय रथ का यह घोड़ा जीवन-रथ को किस प्रकार खींचता है!

विवेक का अर्थ है किसी भी बात के अलग अलग पक्षों को समझ पाना। विवेक की सहायता से ही हम जीवन  में कोई भी निर्णय ठीक प्रकार से ले सकते हैं| विवेक की नुकीली सुई से सूक्ष्म विवेचना के द्वारा ही व्यक्ति व समाज के चरित्र के शिल्प को सुन्दरता से गढ़ा जा सकता है| राष्ट्रकवि रामधारी सिंह ‘दिनकर’ जी भी अपनी कालजयी कृति रश्मिरथी में कहते हैं : “जब नाश मनुज पर छाता है, पहले विवेक मर जाता है|” इतिहास साक्षी है कि जब-जब लोग विवेक के बजाय भावनाओं से काम लेने लगते हैं, विनाश के सिवा कुछ हाथ नहीं 

दम को कई बार बल का पर्यायवाची समझा जाता है, परन्तु इसका अर्थ थोड़ा अलग है। दम किसी भी परिस्थिति में दृढ़ता पूर्वक खड़े रहने का गुण है  बलवान होने पर भी व्यक्ति में अगर दम ना हो तो वह ज़रा सी भी विकट परिस्थिति में भाग खड़ा होगा| दिनकर जी ने भी अपनी महान कृति कुरुक्षेत्र में कहा है “जीवन उनका नहीं युधिष्ठिर जो उससे डरते हैं, यह उनका जो चरण रोप निर्भय होकर लड़ते हैं|”

अगर कोई महान लक्ष्य ना हो तो बाकी तीन घोड़े आपको कहीं भी नहीं ले जायेंगे! परहित का घोड़ा वास्तव में प्रेरणा का स्रोत है। लक्ष्य सिर्फ अपने तक सीमित रखना एक बहुत मामूली लक्ष्य है, स्वयं के लिए आप कितना ही कर सकते हैं, अपनी क्षमताओं को कितना ही विकसित सकते हैं? पर यदि आपने जीवन में दूसरों की सहायता का लक्ष्य साध रखा है, तो आप परहित के चौथे घोड़े से अपनी सीमाओं को निरंतर चुनौती देते हुए अपने बाकी तीन घोड़ों बल, विवेक और दम को भी पुष्ट बनायेंगे| इससे आपके स्वयं के सामर्थ्य में भी वृद्धि होगी और कुछ भी आपके लिए असंभव नहीं रहेगा।

★ ईश भजन सारथी है।

ईश भजन”का अर्थ है अपने आदर्शों को सदा अपने दिमाग में दोहराते हुए स्मरण रखना है| अपने आदर्शों की दृष्टि से ही इस रथ को कुशलतापूर्वक चलाया जा सकता है|

★ बिरति यानी वैराग्य चर्म यानी ढाल है| वैराग्य की ढाल मोह से हमारी रक्षा करती है| जीवन में कई गलत निर्णय मोह के कारण लिए जाते हैं| मोह हमें अपनी सीमाओं को लांघने से भी वंचित रखता है| स्वयं विचार करें की दैनिक जीवन में आपकी कितनी सारी चिन्ताएं मोह के कारण हैं!

★ संतोष कृपाण यानी तलवार है जो कि अति महत्त्वाकांक्षा को काटती है| जीवन में अगर संतोष न हो तो पल प्रतिपल और अधिक पा लेने की चिंता में बीतता है| अति महत्त्वाकांक्षा बड़े से बड़े शक्तिशाली लोगों को भी घुटनों पर ला सकती है| इसलिए संतोष की तलवार से अति महत्त्वाकांक्षा को काटते रहें|

संचय यानी कंजूसी के शत्रु के संहार के लिए दान रुपी परशु या फरसा है| कंजूसी मोह और आकर्षण से जन्म लेती है|दान के फरसे से कंजूसी को काटते रहने से धन-संपत्ति के मोह और आकर्षण से मुक्ति मिलती है, और आप स्वयं विचार कीजिये कि धन की चिंता ना हो तो जीवन कितना सुगम होगा 

★ बुद्धि प्रचण्ड शक्ति है और विज्ञान कठोर धनुष है

भगवान राम सम, यम और नियम को तीर बताते हैं|सम यानी दुःख सुख में सामान भाव रखना, यम और नियम महर्षि पतंजलि अष्टांग योग के दो अंग हैं।यम के अंतर्गत पांच सामजिक कर्त्तव्य आते हैं: अहिंसा (शब्दों, विचारों और कर्मों में ), सत्य, अस्तेय (चोरी न करना), ब्रह्मचर्य (इन्द्रिय के सुखों में संयम रखना) और अपरिग्रह (किसी भी चीज को जरूरत से ज्यादा  इकठ्ठा न करना)। नियम के अंतर्गत पांच व्यक्तिगत कर्त्तव्य आते हैं: शौच (शरीर और मन को साफ़ रखना) , संतोष, तप (स्वयं अपने अनुशासन में रहना), स्वाध्याय (खुद से अध्ययन करके अपनी समझ का विस्तार करना) और ईश्वर-प्रणिधान (अपने आदर्शों को ध्यान में रखना)। यम और नियम दैनिक जीवन के रण में अक्सर प्रयोग में आते हैं, इसलिए तरकश के तीरों से इनकी तुलना की गयी है।

★ गुरुजनों और विप्र यानी ज्ञानी लोगों के प्रति सम्मान रखना कवच है।

•जीवन की सभी समस्याओं का समाधान एक ही व्यक्ति के पास होना संभव नहीं है| इसलिए यह आवश्यक है कि दूसरों से सीखा जाये| यदि ज्ञानी लोगों के प्रति हमारा सम्मान बना रहेगा तो उनकी सहायता से जीवन में हमारे ऊपर होने वाले प्रहार सहन करने के लिए हम अधिक उपयुक्त बनेंगे|

ऐसे महान रथ का वर्णन करके भगवान राम कहते हैं कि इसके सामान जीवन में विजय पाने का कोई और उपाय नहीं है| जो कोई भी ऐसे महान रथ पर सवार होता है, उसके जीतने के लिए कहीं भी कोई भी शत्रु बचता ही नहीं है!

कल के लेख में आपने पढ़ा नारियल और निम्बू बांधने के विपरीत प्रभाव क्या हो सकते है, आज उसके आगे की कड़ी पढ़े। ध्यान रखे कल जैसे मैन स्पंज का उदाहरण दिया, जब वो क्षमता से अधिक सोखता है, तब वो leak करने लगता है, ऐसा ही नारियल और निम्बू के साथ होता है, जब उनकी अवधि या क्षमता समाप्त हो जाती है, तब वो नकारत्मक ऊर्जा leak करने लगता है। 

● हम सभी के अंदर कुदरत ने स्कैनिंग की शक्ति दी हुई है। मन को शांत रख के जहा आपने नारियल या निम्बू बांधे है, वहां जाए, महसूस करे आपके अंदर कैसे भाव आ रहे, शरीर मे कही कंपन महसूस हो रहा, या उस नारियल या निम्बू को शांत मन से देखे और देखने मे कैसा महसूस हो रहा, यदि आपको पहला विचार उसमे सही ऊर्जा का नही आ रहा तो आप उसे तुरंत हटा के विसर्जित कर दे, या किसी पेड़ के निचे रख दे। ध्यान रखें जो पहले विचार या भाव के प्रति होश रखना है।

● दूसरा लक्षण नारियल या निम्बू को अपने जिस कपड़े में बांधा हैं, उसको देखे, यदि वो फटा हुआ है, रंग उतरा या धागा निकला हुआ दिख रहा तो उसे तुरंत हटा दे। 

विश्वास माने हटाने के तुरंत बाद ही आप को शांति महसूस होने लगेगी।

क्या सावधानी रखें जब आप कोई भी उपाय करते है??

★ जैसा मैंने पहले बताया कि कोई भी बीमारी में दवाई की एक निश्चित अवधि होती है, वैसे ही हर उपाय की एक निश्वित समय सीमा होती है। ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा एक नारियल को आप एक वर्ष तक ही रखे, उसके बाद उसे विसर्जित कर दे। 

इसका एक अपवाद भी हैं, कुछ नारीयल शक्तिशाली स्थान द्वारा यदि दिए गए होते है, या आप उसपे पूजा करते है, वैसा नारियल पॉजिटिविटी को बढ़ाने वाला और बहुत सालो तक रखा जा सकता है। 

★ दीवाली पूजन का नारियल कलश के रूप में कई लोग साल भर रखते हैं, ध्यान रखे कलश का जल सूखते ही वो नारियल नेगेटिविटी देने लगता है। अच्छा होगा दीवाली पूजन के बाद उसे आप प्रसाद के रूप में ग्रहण कर ले।

जिस प्रकार बुखार आने पर हम दवाई एक निश्चित दिन की अवधि में लेते है, साल भर उसी को नही खाते, वैसे ही हर निश्चित उपाय के लिए बांधे गए नारियल और निम्बू के साथ होता है।

जैसे एक स्पंज एक निश्चित मात्रा में ही पानी सोखता है, उससे ज़्यादा होने से पानी उससे ज़्यादा होने से पानी गिरने लगता है, वैसा ही नारियल या निम्बू एक निश्चित मात्रा में और अवधि में नकारत्मक ऊर्जा को सोखते है, उसके बाद वो नकारात्मक ऊर्जा संप्रेषित करने लगते है।

Coping with MAJOR DEPRESSIVE DISORDER

Major depressive disorder (MDD) is characterized by feelings of sadness, loss of interest and worthlessness. They can significantly affect our health and our lives, if left untreated. 

People suffering from MDD are affected in a variety of ways. Not only do they experience low mood, they may also have stress and anxiety. They are also prone to worry excessively about their physical health. A depressed individual may have difficulty in functioning effectively at school or work, have frequent conflicts in relationships and are prone to substance abuse. 

People who suffer from major depressive disorder can benefit a lot by educating themselves about the mood disorder. Not only will it enable them to understand their condition and how it affects them, they will also be able to utilize a number of self-help strategies to help them relieve the symptoms.

There are different types of major depressive disorders which are subtly different from each other and may develop under different circumstances. However, all types of MDD involve the same feelings of unhappiness, hopelessness and disinterest. According to National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), some of the most common types of depression are:

1. Persistent depressive disorder (Dysthymia)

It refers to a form of depression that lasts for at least 2 years. Someone suffering from this clinical disorder has a depressed mood and may experience episodes of both major and mild depression.

2. Postpartum depression

Most women experience this type of depression after giving birth. It is a lot more severe than baby blues after pregnancy. It is a form of major depression that leads to intense feelings of sadness and anxiety after delivery. It can often make daily baby care activities extremely challenging for new mothers.

3. Psychotic depression

It is a form of major depression along with some type of psychosis like having hallucinations or delusions. The symptoms of this condition generally have psychotic and depressive themes.

4. Seasonal affective disorder (SAD)

SAD usually refers to the onset of a depressive state during the winter months. As there is less sunlight, many people become severely depressed, which usually alleviates as spring and summer arrives. It is often followed by social isolation & withdrawal, weight gain & increased sleep.

5. Bipolar disorder

Bipolar disorder is separate from depression, as stated in the fifth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Health Disorder. However, studies  have found that both depression and bipolar disorder have similar symptoms, like episodes of intensely low moods and high energy. As a result, it is often difficult to distinguish MDD from bipolar disorder.

There are some helpful coping techniques that will empower you to deal with your depression in a better way, such as:

A. Spend time outside in nature

Step outside and get some exposure to the sun. Studies have shown that spending time in nature can improve our mental health & cognition and reduce depressive symptoms.

B. Cuddle with a pet

Being with a pet can offer you companionship, comfort and emotional support. Moreover, taking care of your pet will give you a sense of purpose and allow you to use your energy positively. A 2018 study states “pets provide benefits to those with mental health conditions.”

C. Practice self-care

Taking care of yourself is vital for the recovery process as it can improve your mood and boost your self-esteem.

D. Practice journaling

Keeping a journal can help you heal by allowing you to express your innermost thoughts and beliefs without fearing judgment or criticism. It can help you identify triggers and develop healthier thought & behavior patterns. “Expressive writing may be a useful supplement to existing interventions for depression,” found in a study.

E. Practice mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of bringing your awareness to the present moment without getting attached to negative thoughts. Research shows that mindfulness can significantly help in decreasing anxiety and depressive symptoms. Mindfulness meditation” focusing on reducing worry and rumination may be especially useful in reducing the risk of developing clinical depression,”.

Some other beneficial coping strategies for this mood disorder may involve the following:

1-Socialize more often and spend time with loved ones

2-Be more creative by trying painting, writing poetry or stories, playing a musical instrument

5-Volunteer to help others who need support

6-Practice gratitude by writing about three things you’re thankful for each day

7-Read fictional or self-help books

8-Take a good, relaxing bath

What Is Generalized Anxiety Disorder

(GAD)?

It is an anxiety disorder which involves irrational, uncontrollable and extreme worrying about actions, events and experiences. GAD can significantly affect a person’s ability to function in daily life as they keep worrying excessively about relationships, career, finances, family, and health problems. It is often characterized by extreme worrying, insomnia, muscle tension, restlessness, difficulty concentrating, irritability and fatigue. “Generalized anxiety disorder typically involves intense and repeated worry that impairs the ability of the patient to function normally in daily life,”.Nearly 20% of people 2 across the globe experience anxiety disorders.

According to a research, a person experiencing GAD for at least 6 months will mainly struggle with feelings of apprehension, worry and tension. The researchers identified the following common symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder:

1- General symptoms (cold chills or hot flushes, tingling sensations or numbness, muscle tension, body aches, inability to relax, restlessness, difficulty swallowing etc).

2- Autonomic arousal symptoms (heart palpitations or faster heart rate, shaking, trembling, sweating & dry mouth).

3- Chest and abdomen symptoms (breathing difficulties, chest pain, abdominal distress, nausea, stomach churning, discomfort, feeling choked etc).

4- Psychological symptoms (derealisation, depersonalisation, intense fear, feeling of losing control, light-headedness, dizziness, passing out etc).

5- Other nonspecific symptoms (being startled or exaggerated responses, difficulty concentrating, difficulty sleeping & persistent irritability)

Apart from therapy, medication and relaxation techniques, certain self-help and coping techniques can also help the sufferer to control their symptoms and deal with generalized anxiety disorder. Here are some helpful coping tips and lifestyle changes:

1. Staying physically active

Studies have shown that regular exercise can effectively reduce anxiety and symptoms of anxiety disorders. Follow a daily exercise routine involving at least 30 minutes of high intensity physical activity for around 3-4 days a week. Exercise is highly effective in reducing stress and anxiety and improving mood.

2. Get enough sleep

Sleep deprivation is closely associated with GAD. Practicing good sleep hygiene and getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep every day can help you relieve anxiety, feel relaxed and experience stable moods.

3. Eat nutritious food

Evidence suggests that poor diet is often linked with low moods and mental health problems. Having a healthy diet involving whole grains, green vegetables & fruits can help to reduce anxiety and increase the happy hormone serotonin to stabilize mood.

4. Avoid substances

Stimulants and substances like nicotine, caffeine, alcohol and recreational drugs often worsen GAD symptoms. Avoiding or limiting consumption of tobacco, coffee, cola, energy drinks, and alcohol can greatly help in coping with chronic anxiety. Moreover, avoiding drugs may be necessary to make sure treatment is effective.

5. Build a support system

Talk to trusted loved ones about your thoughts, emotions and experiences. Build a strong network of people you can rely on when you need help. Having a support system can be highly valuable in your recovery journey.

6- Healing 

Healing creates a deep relaxation in mental, emotional and physical level, and give good results to come out of this situation. 

Although the treatment process can be challenging and time-consuming, it is crucial that the patient follows the instructions of their doctor, therapist or healer and continues treatment, instead of giving up.

𝑺𝑯𝑶𝑶𝑳𝑰𝑵𝑰 𝑫𝑼𝑹𝑮𝑨

According to ling purana, Lord Vishnu incarnated as Narasimha to rescue his ardent devotee, Prahlad. Narasimha was the 4th avatar of Vishnu. He is half-man and half-lion. After he had killed Hiranyakashipu, the demon who was the evil father of Prahlad, the other gods and goddesses were unable to calm Narasimha. His fury kept growing, and he began to wreak large-scale destruction. Even Goddess Lakshmi, his consort, could not soothe his anger. When the gods or Devas approached Shiva for help, he decided to step in and solve the problem. 

He took the form of Sharabha, or Sarabeshwara, to calm Narasimha. This form was part- bird and part- lion and is also called Sharabeshwaramurti. This fierce form of Shiva was stronger than a lion or an elephant. But things did not end after this. Once Shiva (Sharbha) tamed Narasimha, Vishnu assumed the form of Gandaberunda, a ferocious bird-animal, to fight Sharabha.

One can find mention of this incident in the Linga Purana and Sharabha Upanishad. Gandaberuda had two heads, several rows of teeth, and was black in complexion with wide wings. Gandaberunda (Vishnu) engaged in a fierce battle with Sharbha (Lord Shiva), and the fight went on for eighteen days. Eventually, thanks to the powerful efforts of Goddess Soolini, both of them were becalmed and returned to their usual forms, much to everyone’s relief and delight. There was a reason why Shiva took the form of Sharabha. It was to make sure that Vishnu’s lion body was discarded so that he could assume his original divine form.

When Shiva took the form of Sharabheshwarar, Goddess Pratyangira emerged from one of his wings, and Shoolini Durga emerged from the other wing. Shoolini Durga removes all kinds of danger. If there are some doshas in our horoscope, they can be resolved by worshipping this Goddess. Even if no doshas are present, she gives many benefits and blessings to the worshipper. Those who surrender to her will also receive her protection.

Goddess Soolini Devi or Soolini Durga is said to protect her devotees from all kinds of misfortunes in life.
