AURA PROTECTION TECHNIC

Atma namste dear divine souls, sharing with you a simple technic to create a protection shiela around you, one who don't know about healing can practice it to. Its simple and very effective. You can do it anywhere and anytime. You can do this every single morning right after you get out of bed.

The Protection Technique:
Here is the step.
1- Take 3 deep breaths. Get centered and connected to the Universal Powers.
2- Now imagine a bright white light shining from “The Divine, The Universe, God, whatever you believe in” down to the crown of your head.
3- Now Imagine that light spreading and covering your entire body from head to toe. You are now protected by a pure white invisible bubble.
4- Set your intention to have a GREAT day, request that the bubble act as your shield protecting you from negative energies.
5- You can go a step further and put a bubble around everything that’s important to me, my family, my dog, my house, my car, virtually everything and everyone that I come in contact with.
It makes a HUGE difference. Try it.

THE ETHERIC WIZARD THINKING CAP
Find a quiet place where you will not be interrupted. Imagine you have a wizard’s hat placed on your head, within that hat is violet flame and golden flame particles floating around. None of your thoughts can go beyond this hat and thus do not affect anyone by your own self.

At the same time imagine that around your body you have an orb of the same particles that are in the hat. Allow these particles to fully enter every cell of your body with the intention of keeping it NEUTRAL, meaning NO REACTION from your cells nor your energy field to anything that you are about to explore within your mind, and now say “I am about to express myself with harm to none, including my own self”

Now that you are all set ALLOW YOURSELF TO THINK ALL THE THOUGHTS THAT ARE POSSIBLY BOTHERING YOU! Allow these thoughts to float around your hat and within this sphere. Allow yourself to experience all the emotions that your thoughts, all the way understanding that your own energy field and that of others is protected.

When you are done exploring the feelings that this thought brings up, say thank you and then release it into the light for healing and transmutation just say “I release this thought into the light for healing and transmutation”.

Continue with this exercise until you either solve your persistent thought’s issues or until you’ve had enough.

When you are ready to end this exercise say “Disengage. Bring me back. Ground me”. This is very important as it will bring your energy back to its usual state and will ground you back into your frame.

THE PINK BUBBLE OF LOVE METHOD

(For reiki and non reiki healer)

1- First, relax your mind and take three deep breath. Focus on your breath for few minutes.

2- After you are in a deeply relaxed state think of a situation, emotion, or person that has hurt you in the past. ( Draw the the Distance and Emotional healing symbol if you are reiki channel.) 

3-Acknowledge what is coming and just let it sit in front of you for about 30 seconds and just let it be. Thank this presence for the growth it brought to your life no matter how painful it may be. Then, immediately visualize a large, radiant, pink bubble of love energy surrounding it. To be able to better connect with the healing power of love think of ocean of love. 

4- Allow this loving energy to wrap around the bubble of the unpleasant event from your past. Visualize the loving healing energy radiating right through the bubble and soaking the past situation in pure love. 

5- (Make emotional healing symbol’s on the unpleasant event here if your are reiki channel). Then, send loving energy to it for 5 minutes. At the end of the 5 minutes visualize the bubble with the unpleasant event from the past start rising into the sky.  

6- It slowly and gently floats up higher and higher. Once it is so high up that you can barely see it visualize that it is so full of love from all of the love energy that was sent to it that it bursts into a million pieces of bright pink light. 

The unpleasant event is no more. It has left you. Notice how much lighter your heart and entire being feels.

Atma namaste dear divine soul, today I am sharing a wonderful technic of AUTOSUGGESTION that Dr. Coui has used to heal thousands of people. And this works miraculously this time too. This is very simple technic everyone can apply and benefitted by it.

Before proceeding to this article, Imagine that you are standing in your kitchen holding a lemon that you have just taken from the refrigerator. It feels cold in your hand. Look at the outside of it its yellow skin. It is a waxy yellow, and the skin comes to small green points at the two ends. Squeeze it a little and feel its firmness and its weight, Now raise the lemon to your nose and smell it. Nothing smells quite like a lemon, does it? Now cut the lemon in half and smell it. The odor is stronger. Now bite deeply into the lemon and let the juice swirl around in your mouth. Nothing tastes quite like a lemon either, does it? At this point, if you have used your imagination well, your mouth will be watering.
Let's consider the implications of this. Words, "mere" words, affected your salivary glands.The words did not even reflect reality, but something you Imagined. When you read those words about the lemon you were telling your brain you had a lemon, though you did not mean it. Your brain took it seriously and said to your salivary glands, "This guy is biting a lemon. Hurry, wash it away." The glands obeyed. Most of us think the words we use reflect meanings and that what they mean can be good or bad, true or false, powerful or weak. True, but that is only half of it Words do not just reflect reality, they create reality, like die flow of saliva. The brain is no subtle interpreter of our intentions— it receives information and stores it, and it is in charge of our bodies. Tell it something like "I'm now eating a lemon," and it goes to work.
Dr. Coui was a chemist for almost thirty years in Troyes, France, where he was bom. After studying and experimenting with hypnosis, he developed a psychotherapy of his own, based on autosuggestion. In 1910 he opened a free clinic in Nancy, where he successfully treated thousands of patients, some with rheumatism, severe headaches, asthma, paralysis of a limb, others with stammering, tubercular sores, fibrous tumors, and ulcers —an amazing variety of afflictions. He never cured anyone, he said; he taught them to cure themselves.There is no doubt that the cures occurred—they are well documented—but the Coui method has almost entirely disappeared since his death in 1926. Had this method been so complex that only a few specialists could learn to practice it, it might be alive and well today. It is a simple method. Everyone can learn it. The heart of it is in Mind Control.

AUTOSUGGESTION TECHNIC
There are two basic principles:
1. We can think of only one thing at a time, and
2. When we concentrate on a thought, the thought becomes true because our bodies transform it into action.
Therefore, if you want to trigger your body's healing processes, which may be blocked by negative thoughts (conscious or unconscious),
Every morning before getting up, and every evening as soon as you are in bed, shut your eyes just repeat twenty times in succession,
moving your lip ( this is indispensable) and counting mechanically on a long string with 20 knot the following phrase,
"Day by day, in every way, I am getting better and better."
Make this autosuggestion with confidence, with faith, with the certainty of obtaining what you want.

RAISE YOUR CHAKRA VIBRATION

CHAKRA AND OUR BEHAVIOUR
"When we receive very good or very bad news our cardiac part is shaken, and in some cases cardiac attacks can happen. Haven't we heard people say "my heart feels happy" or "my heart is suffering"? This means that we are exchanging vibrations through our Heart Chakra. Doesn't our body feel bad, don't we feel pain in the pit of our stomach when we are in a heavy atmosphere or in the presence of a negative or inharmonious person? In these cases we are exchanging vibrations through our umbilical or navel Chakra.
When we emit a thought or idea we are exchanging vibrations through our crown Chakra."
When we feel we are lost, no interest in anything we are getting this vibration from root chakra.


RAISE YOUR CHAKRA VIBRATION


Think of a scale of one to ten, with ten being the highest and best. Next, think of each chakra needing to be at the same number on that scale.
Now make power symbol then distant healing symbol, then mental healing symbol,

Affirms my this chakra is vibrating at this number, (the number u have thought),
and I am feeling balanced, grounded.


Once each individual chakra is at the same number your entire physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual body raises into its own new vibrational level to match that of the chakras. The more chakra energy work you do the higher your whole body will be raised on this scale with ten being enlightenment while still in this physical human form.

 PRESS THIS HIDDEN BUTTON ON YOUR BODY TO RELIEVE YOUR STRESS & ANXIETY

This particular method of Chinese medicine has been around for over 2,500 years, and is now globally recognized to treat many health problems, including alleviating stress and anxiety.
Traditional Chinese medicine believes that each individual possesses specific acupressure points throughout their body.
Our qi, or life force, flows through these meridians. Acupressure can help stimulate these areas if they aren’t functioning as well as they should be. Chinese medicine has identified twelve of these energy meridians which connect to major organs, as well as help keep the body in balance. The belief is that if one of your energy meridians isn’t working properly, your body isn’t going to work properly either.
If we apply pressure to certain parts of the body, we can help reduce the unpleasant and unfortunate side effects of stress and anxiety. This process is commonly referred to as acupressure, and is similar to acupuncture but involves the use of fingertips instead of needles. If pressure is applied to the CV 17 area, immediate relief is felt.

This can restore the balance to your physical and emotional senses. Those who practice acupressure, believe that any imbalances in our nervous system can be remedied by applying a light amount of pressure to the CV 17, which can even boost our immune system.
You can locate the CV 17 area four finger-widths above the base of the breastbone- almost directly in the center of your chest. Chinese medicine also refers to this as the sea of tranquility.
★ Place the tips of your fingers inside the small indention in this area. Using gentle pressure, slowly rub up and down the center of your breastbone until you find the right spot.
★ Next, sit with your spine straight and upright, and place your palms together with your fingers pointed toward the ceiling. This is called the prayer pose.
★ Once you are in position, use the back of your thumb knuckles to apply gentle pressure into the center of your CV 17 for 2 – 3 minutes.
★ Close your eyes. Inhale and exhale with deep, regular breaths. Keep your head upright, but relax your neck and shoulders.
★ Also, gently tapping this area with your fingers is a helpful tool to fall asleep at night.
Manipulating the CV 17 pressure area not only helps to alleviate stress and anxiety, it is also useful for relaxing those who have depression, chronic fatigue, post-traumatic stress disorder, or hormonal imbalances, and can be extremely useful during the recovery phase after an injury or surgery.

SECRET HEALING TECHNIC SERIES-3

Atma namaste dear divine soul, in previous articles you have read about healing through lucid dream, now in this article sharing a powerful technic to increase the prana energy level and to recharge the body, that a non reiki channel can use too. This is very powerful technic for them who always feel faint and drained.

RECHARGING YOURSELF
If you feel that your vital energy is at a low ebb, and that you need to store up a new supply quickly, the best plan is to place the feet close together (side by side) and to lock the fingers of both hands in any way that seems the most comfortable. This closes the circuit, as it were, and prevents any escape of Prana through the extremities. Then breathe rhythmically a few times, and you will feel the effect of the recharging
1-Inhale slowly a deep breath, counting six pulse units.
2-Retain, counting three pulse units.
3- Exhale slowly through the nostrils, counting six pulse units.
4- Count three pulse beats between breaths.
5- Repeat a number of times, but avoid fatiguing yourself at the start.
6-When you are ready to close the exercise, practice the cleansing breath, which will rest you and cleanse the lungs.
Pay as much attention as possible to acquiring the “rhythm,” as that is more important than the length of the breath. Practice and try until you get the measured “swing” of the movement, and until you can almost “feel” the rhythm of the vibratory motion throughout your whole body. It will require a little practice and perseverance, but your pleasure at your improvement will make the task an easy one. The Yogis are most patient and persevering men, and their great attainments are due largely to the possession of these qualities.
